Beds were a bit rough to sleep on. Not many food options around the property and we did not particularly like the hotel food. You will definitely need a quad/other transportation to travel and explore the city centre and the rest of the island.

We are young couple travelling and the property is right next door Tropicana Beach Club. Upon entry, we also mentioned we stayed at the property and was granted free entry to the beach club. Property facilities such as the gym and the pool were modern and added to our guest experience. Shower pressure in room was 10/10 especially from all the late nights out in Mykonos.

Was offered an upgrade on arrival which was very appreciated! Everyone was really friendly, hotel was very clean and modern. Always very accommodating! We had a fantastic time!

The mani / pedi treatment at the spa was not good. Gelish application was very bumpy and pedicure treatment incomplete. Spa is beautiful, but the service was a bit of a let down compared to the normal standard of the place.

Exceptional service from the Staff - everyone going out of their way to make the stay great. Rooms were amazing. Amenities well kept Private pool was also very well kept Perfect stay!!! Great attention to detail all around Breakfast was a good selection of delicious food

Unbelievable property. Stunningly beautiful, the full Greek vibe and aesthetic, restaurants stores bars and clubs nearby, with rooms to drown out the noise if you don’t like the music. Amazing.

this is really the best hotel! Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff. The girl at the reception helped us throughout the vacation, and we were also upgraded for one night for free (for one night we booked a regular room and for the second night with a private pool). delicious cuisine in the restaurant, you must try breakfast here. The room is very clean, there are bathroom cosmetics. very satisfied with the rest, the service here is at the highest level, everything is done for your comfortable rest!

Cocktail prices at the pool are a little expensive but expected given the view and captive market staying there

The infinity pool at the top of the property had amazing views. It was quiet when we were there (September) so you could always get a chair in the front row.

The staff is beyond amazing and generous. So friendly and add to an amazing atmosphere. We had an amazing time and felt so pampered from beginning to our free early evening checkout! We were surprised with a beautifully upgraded suite and everything included exceeded beyond our expectations! The grounds are breathtaking and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and all amenities at the amazing Tropicana!

The room layouts weren’t clearly described or shown in pictures so we ended up slightly cramped.

Access to pools on different levels and bars inside the pool area! Buses and quad bikes are available Staff were extremely helpful in all aspects.

The food was quite pricey but as expected from an upscale hotel in Mykonos, at times we had to wait a while to get back down from infinity pool to our room

Proximity to beach and club, the aesthetic and design of the hotel, the service and attention to detail, super helpful even with unique issues like needing a phone charger or paracetamol

The cost of breakfast is €30pp and I do think they could do with reducing this cost. Yes Mykonos is generally expensive but I do believe for a hotel breakfast it is on the steep side. The food is impeccable but not €30pp.

The property is beautiful - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the hotel room, to the swimming pools to the restaurant - it was all fabulous. The hotel is broken down into parts and the two infinity pools and restaurant are up right up the top, which is walkable but very steep. The hotel has two cars that can take you up there and you are waiting no longer than 1-2 minutes for your driver after asking at reception for a lift. (You don’t pay for this service). We always got a lift up to the top and then walked back down to where our room was based. The ladies on reception are fabulous and very helpful. Breakfast is €30 per person if not included in your booking (would recommend booking - we didn’t and regret that). The hotel is a little outside the town but the hotel are happy to organise a transfer to and from the town for you whenever you need and is a standard rate of €30 each way and this service is 24 hours. All you have to do is ask at reception for a transfer they will then organise this for you and you are waiting no longer than 5-10 minutes for your driver. If you need a lift back you can WhatsApp or call them and they will organise for someone to collect you and bring you back either for a certain time or you can wait for around 20 mins max for your driver to get you. - this service so 10/10 and worked so well for us. Transfer for the airport is €36. Mykonos is beautiful - the people, the views, the restaurants - everything about it is amazing and we was over the moon with our hotel.
