The twin sisters that are owning the place are very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a bottle of wine as a present, thank you! I definitely recommend it and I will definitely rebook it !

We are very happy ,that we chose Twins Yard for our vacation. Very cozy, comfy and clean. Spacious balcony to enjoy the sea view,very good location ,very peaceful and quiet. We came by car so we could explore all the area. Thanks to Ana(the host) ,she is very kind and dear,answering on all the questions immediately. She gave us recommendations about picturesque beaches and good restaurants,all that she recommended was worth to visit. Hope to come back again!

Honestly, the pillows could be a little shorter and less fluffy in order to be more comfortable when sleeping. That's a personal preference, no big deal. Other than that, they were perfect to sit back and watch TV on the bed.

We were welcomed with some fresh berries! The house was extremely clean and luxurious with attention to every little detail. I loved the hidden lighting. There were 2 smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube. The internet was perfect. The kitchen was modern, you could cook any meal with ease and they had the same nespresso machine like we did, that's important. The balcony had a great view to have dinner at. They took care of the house everyday without interrupting us. There was also hot water all day and the shower was wide extending from one side of the wall to the other. There is free parking on the premises. Be careful when using Google Maps though, it may lead you to a tiled path, you need to skip that and follow the sign on the road. There are big supermarkets nearby and most beaches are 10-25 minutes away. It's a strategical place to stay if you want to explore most of the places. Finally when we left, spoiler alert, there was a surprise gift from the host, their own, exceptional, wine with a beautiful rose color and aromas.

Everything exceeded our expectations. It's one of the best accommodations I've found so far and it truly deservers the really high score it has. The host was extraordinary with everything, cleaning was done everyday, the apartment is modern with a good and comfortable bed. Also, the location provides you good access to almost the entirety of Sithonia. And please, keep in mind that I say what I say from the perspective of a parent of an infant. Just book it!

Unmissable stay in Nikiti, Alexandra was quick to reply to any questions we had throughout our stay and even gifted us olive oil and honey! The location is relaxing, quiet yet easily-reachable. We had breakfast on the porch every morning to a beautiful sea-view. Our only regret is only having stayed for 3 nights! If you’re hesitant to book the Twins Yard, I’d say definitely go ahead! A spacious room for two adults and two children. Nice, modern deco and comfortable beds. We found that the location is very convenient to discover the nice beaches in Sithonia. Also a nice walk away from the old town of Nikiti.

It was a dream. Stylish apartment with relaxing atmosphere and owned by lovely twin sisters. For us it was a perfect stay. - Mini Market is nearby - Nice and relaxing view - calm - Oldtown of Nikiti and a small playground for kids is easy reachable by feet ( even with small kids) - for us the perfect location to reach the other beaches ( e.g Vouvourou) with the car . Anna and Alexandra were super friendly hosts! Always there but discreet. Plus was the welcome gifts - homemade honey and olive and the tomatoes you could pick up from the garden. The stuff was also very helpful.

As with any property, you are at the mercy of your neighbors. We had a wonderful relaxing stay (for 2 weeks) until the arrival of a bunch of loud and obnoxious Romanian guests who perhaps felt Twins Yard was their private property. I never mentioned this to our wonderful hosts as it's not their fault but if you're planning a holiday - please, don't have your fun at the expense of other guests.

Our home away from home. This was our second visit - even better than the first. Fantastic accommodation, super clean, great view, reliable WiFi, all comforts of come (even olive oil and honey from the family's own production). There's daily cleaning and coffee. The highlight, as always is the wonderful hosts - Alexandra and Ana who go above and beyond for their guests. They even drove us to the beach, because we had issues with our car on arrival; and arranged a doctor's appointment for my daughter. Ask Alexandra for recommendations, she'll tell you the best spots. Thank you for another wonderful stay, can't wait to return!

Excellent starting point for exploring Sithonia, with excellent,secluded location,away from a high-season crowd. Extremely clean and comfortable, cleaned daily.
