we found the beds very hard, but that is a matter of taste. could have been a little cleaner too.

location is perfect. 50 meters from the small beach of Agia pelagia. there you will also find restaurants and terraces. supermarket also within walking distance. apartment is basic furnished, but you have everything at your disposal. we were upgraded to an apartment with a sea view. very spacious balcony. owners very friendly.

There wasn't any mosquito net on our balcony door, so we had to use a mosquito device to keep them away. Fortunately, no mosquito entered the apartment. The appliances were pretty old, the AC made a strange sound when turned on.

The apartment is filled with natural light all day long. The sheets were clean and the rooms spacious enough for 3 people. The apartment was enough for a 2 day staying were we could explore Agia Pelagia, which is amazing.

Although sleeps 4, it was extremely hot if not sleeping in the master bedroom (with air conditioning). Though we had a heatwave >40. Perfect to sleep 2, though great value for money for 4 if you don't need privacy.

Friendly host, room kept clean, very close to beach yet quiet at night, self catering, air conditioning in main bedroom, balcony. Ability to leave key securely in reception area during the day which felt secure and easy for teenagers coming and going so that we didn't lose the key. Floats, suncreams.. items left by previous residents in reception area.

I didn’t like The untidiness of the place. There were plastic bags full of bougainvillea leaves on the side of the building that seemed that they were not attended to in a long while. The kitchenette was not that clean. In cupboard there were glasses full of things that were not clean. The sponges seemed to be there for a very long time. There were cobwebs on the walls.

The position of the apartments was amazing. Within walking distance from all amenities and the beach.

The host Was very kind and even treated us with home made cake on our artiival. They were all warm and friendly. They immediatelly accmodated all our needs. Even ar one occasion we asked for extra space and understanding our circumstances, they provided extra room without charge . The younger daughter Was extremly helpful calling other agencies , when we had to travel to Chania. She Was extraordinary helpful compared to other agents which I asked beforehand, they couldnt find the answer , she clarified all questions and I Was at ease and relaxed , after she helped and clarified, traveling for site seeing. Other daughter tried everything to find the tour for my friend to travel to Santorini. Unfortunatelly my friend dont know english well and didnt Dare to go alone. Mother Was so dear and provided emotional support for my friend , she and her order daughter were so supportive , like family or therapist, helped her a lot. The whole family treated us eith a kind respect. They changed linenen, provided supplies, and let us gave our privacy. Father was also in to entertain us and listen , give advice for which road to drive, places to see. Wonderful family and our stay was extraordinary good experience. Beach just 2 min, plenty of shops around, parking close.beautiful view of the see from our balcony. I hope they are all well and wish them the best.

Host forgot we were coming and room was not ready for us. This was not good at 11pm on the first day of our holiday. We located (presumably) the parents who did their best and made the bed up with clean sheets but we found the toilet was in a bad mess from previous guest and ended up having to clean it ourselves. .

Location was convenient and free car parking is 200 yds away. We had a garden view room at the back which was nice and quiet. BTW - Garden isn't really a garden.

They lied to us with 200 euros more than the agreed price for the airport-apartment-airport transfer

The hosts were very kind, the apartments were close to the beach аnd there were umbrellas and swimming gear provided for use on the beach

it’s VERY dated, in a poor state and very dirty. very uncomfortable. bathroom was awful. shower curtain hasn’t been changed in years. bottom 8 inches were brown..really unpleasant. air con was useless. bathroom window pane hanging out of frame and held in with nail tacks. mosquito bodies stuck to the walls where they’d been whacked with flip flops..the shoe marks also remain! big hole in ceiling in kitchen area…just in need of fresh thinking and a complete renovation. shame.

The location of the apartment, the building itself, the family that takes care of everything: all is perfect! Especially for this price. You immediate feel at home. The rooms are spacious and the blue window frames makes it all esthetic. The Family that runs the apartment are all one by one wonderful, helpful and beautiful people!
