The mattresses and pillows were a bit too firm for us, but we liked everything else.

My wife and I stayed at this villa for 7 nights and 7 days, and I can confidently say that this place is the best in Sarti. Here's why: The owners of this villa, many thanks to them, Theodor provided us with a transfer from the airport at 00:15 for only 90 euros to the villa, and on the day of departure, he drove us to an address in Thessaloniki for 90 euros as well, where we continued our vacation. In Sarti, we were immediately settled into our room upon arrival, which was around 2 AM, so we didn't have to wait. Additionally, Theodor drove us around Sarti, showing us the town, shops, restaurants, and where to buy delicious bread in the morning. The room had everything for a comfortable stay: a double bed and two single beds, plenty of towels, both bath and kitchen towels, 4 blankets, liquid soap, a hairdryer, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a microwave, an air conditioner, all necessary cooking utensils, a frying pan, a stove with a quick-heating and hood, mosquito repellent, cold water in the fridge, and sweet sodas, and a bottle of excellent liqueur)). I might have forgotten something. In the morning, a magnificent view of the mountains opened up from the balcony. We walked all around Sarti, and this is the best place because you have a great view from your room, a large courtyard area with a children's playground. When you walk around and see other hotels that resemble birdhouses with no yard space and views of neighboring balconies, you will understand what I mean. The well-kept territory, where you will find a garden of palm trees, provided a wonderful place to relax on sun loungers in the shade of the trees when it was very hot outside. Comfortable sofas, tables, and a barbecue area. Very important for us was the peace and cleanliness of the villa. Everything was perfect. Price. It's a 3-4 minute walk to the sea, but the price is significantly lower than the "birdhouses" on the front line, no offense)).

Literally not such a thing.

Everything was perfect! The host, the place, the location indeed exceeded our expectations! It was our very first trip with our 4 month old baby, so I was worried at the beginning, however the host was super friendly and we felt cared for during the whole stay. The apartment has everything you might need for a cosy vacation and it's super clean and very well-maintained. The beach is 4-5 minutes walking and there is a private parking lot. Thank you, Cecile!

The bungalow was new and clean. The owner Theo was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every 3 days the staff cleaned the house. From the front side there is a main road but from the other side of the accommodation there is a nice garden with oliva trees and a maximal privacy separated from the main road. The beach is about 5 min by walk and the center about 10 min. Everything was perfect!

There were some wi-fi interruptions from time to time, and lack of hot water in shower in the early morning in some days, but I guess it was because we were in the end of the season.

The bungalow was very clean and spacy, there were 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and big refrigerator. The yard is just amazing with green grass, olive and fruit trees. There is a lovely bbq zone, we really enjoyed using it! The host Cécile and her husband were very helpful and nice! They were always on the line if we needed something. The location itself is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and most of the shops and restaurants. We were afraid that there will be a plenty of walking, but the distance turned out to be really short. Also a huge advantage is that there is a free parking for the guests, which is a rare thing in Sarti especially if your accomodation is located close to the beach. Last but not least, the place is very quite and if you are looking for something that is not so far to the beach, but in the same time peaceful, this is your place.

The room was very clean. There is an area where you can cook if you want. Very wide yard with a green lawn and BBQ facilities. The villa is really 200m from the beach and away from the noisy crowd. We were with our dog and the owners were very friendly and welcoming with it.

The room was clean, the owners of the place are very nice and helpful. There is a nice garden and a playground for the children. It is no more than 200 m away from the beach, there are tavernas and supermarkets not far away. The place is away from the overcrowded part of Sarti. And that makes it calm and quiet.

The place is really nice. There is a big garden with grass and barbecue and fun place for kids. The host and her husband are very kind people always ready to help and assist when needed. It is prefect place for families with kids. You have an option to order food from nearest restaurants. The nice beach is just across the street. We will be back for sure.

We were surprised of the friendly atmosphere of Villa Irida. The place is clean, with beautiful garden and outdoor space, perfect for children. Villa Irida is 5 minutes from the beach, the managers are kind and always willing to help.

The best place in Sarti, the host is sooo nice and kind man, ready to help with everything. The place has a georgious garden, rooms are like new, perfect cleanliness. The room was very small, but so are all studios in Sarti, from what we've seen. It is relatively near the beach, but there is no shade so you have to walk in the sun. Otherwise, it is a good location, quiet and away from all the noise of the centre/main streets.

Clean, quiet ( the road next to it is not noisy, as it was mentioned in other reviews, and I was afraid of the noise because I'm a bad sleeper). Cecile recommended good restaurants (Stavros and Megas Alexandros) and tried to help in any possible way. The former was indeed very good and we went there often. The other a bit careless and higher priced. If we are to chose Sarti again, most probably we will go there again.

there was a sewage smell in the room, the wires of the bed sank into my back, the room was very airy and humid because it was on the 1st floor, because the room was on the highway, constant control was necessary for my little girl
