only one night there wasn't enough hot water to shower but that was a general problem in whole santorini I guess, it was fixed immediately the next day, so all good!

maria is such a nice host, and her team is also sweet - always smiling and always there solving problems for you; location is good, not in the noisy centre but only 10min to walk to; a nice pool to have morning dips; room was cleaned everyday; smooth checkin and checkout process; fast wifi

The villa is away from the hustle of the centre, but at a walkable distance to pick up some food. The view is amazing and has a relaxed atmosphere. Maria as a host is excellent and is available on call to sort any issues.

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

The location is great, easy walk to the bus station that connects you to the whole island. And also super close to Fira center for stunning views. The woman who runs it was sooooo nice and lovely! The room was comfortable and had a great little patio. Also loved the pool!

The air conditioner made noise now and then, which was a little annoying.

I could hang my wet clothes and eat my simple breakfast in the balcony, and it offered the electric water kettle to use in the room. Besides, there are a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a safe, a TV, a wardrobe, a desk, chairs, a dressing table, a knife, a plate, spoons and forks. The room we stayed in was very cozy, clean and practical. There’s a pool in the villa, which is beautiful.

Lovely quiet little villa . Rooms cleaned daily, sheets and towels changed every two days . Maria the owner, was very pleasant and helpful with organising our taxi for pick up at the port and for drop off to the airport .

Great location, facilities, and customer service, we liked everything about this place. The airport pickup was on time. They were very nice to accommodate our arrival that was really late in the night, and also allowed us to stay in the common area after our check out. Maria is the best host, I highly recommend this hotel

The walk to the bus was either using the road with all the cars or through parking lots.

It was clean and had a balcony. It’s a short 5 min walk to the bus station and another 3 to the Fira center.

Our room was great, there was a hot tub on the balcony with a view of the pool and sea. The location was great, about a 9 minute walk to town which made the Villa feel more private and away from the noise and business of town. The bed was comfortable and there were snacks, water, and wine when we arrived. Maria was helpful in coordinating airport transportation- our flight there was delayed and she was flexible and responsive when we needed to change our plans. We would stay here again and have recommended to family and friends considering a trip!

The owner Maria- she is the best person we met in our trip . She is very kind, intelligent and all time you can see you smile The hotel is very nice. Good decorations, clean, has everything to stay comfortable. There is a very nice pool in the backyard. The hotel is well located and not far from the bust station. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend it.

The worst part is the bathroom which needs a good renovation. The shower was leaking and the water pressure was very poor. The curtains barely hold the water which creates a little pool after a shower.

The highlight for this hotel goes entirely to the staff hospitality, and by staff I mean Maria. She was friendly and helpful from the start. She welcomed us with an energy that is hard to match and made our stay very special. Maria was always smiling and genuinely available to help. The hotel also offer a good structure for the price. The pool is great and the view to ocean offer you an amazing sun rise experience. It is also well located, not in the middle of Fira's busy streets but still a few minute walking from it.

Maria was an exceptional host. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor, however we saw a nicer room with a bit of shade on the ground floor which Maria very kindly allowed us to change to. The pool area was lovely to relax in and the pool lovely to cool down in.

Lovely accommodation. So close to Fira and Maria the host was so nice and helpful. Room cleaned every day. Pool was lovely with a jacuzzi at one end. Great WiFi and great view from the balcony
