Nikos and his parents are the most welcoming and thoughtful hosts. Nikos' local knowledge and recommendations made our two night stay relaxing, easy-going, enjoyable and memorable. What a view! An unexpected daily breakfast courtesy of wonderful Polyxeni set us up for the day. Thank you! Thoroughly recommended, we will return.

Villa Polyxeni was a combination of good location, amazing views, friendly and kind people and good accommodation. The room was clean and fully equipped and the distance to the centre of Syvota or to some of the many beaches in Syvota was maximum 10-15 minutes on foot. I recommend it and I will visit again in the future.

The only thing that would have made it better would have been a few more days there.

My stay at Villa Polyxeni was amazing . Very beautiful place every morning I had a amazing breakfast with a amazing view. The host was always very attentive to all of my needs. They make me feel right at home. The Villa is walking distance from the port and local restaurants . I highly recommend staying there.

Nikos was a perfect host: responsive, proactive and lots of good suggestions and tips. Our boat arrived late at night in Igoemenitsa, so we could not really see where we were heading, as it 2as pretty dark when we arrived. So what a wonderful surprise in the morning with splendid sea views on both sides of the house and a lovely extensive breakfast.

A wonderful place to rest. Very kind hosts, wine and olive oil masters. An excellent local breakfast is offered for those who have breakfast. The view of the sunrise is great. It has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. For me, the house was a great choice.

The location was up the hill with a very nice view. Everything we needed was at driving distance of 3-8minutes, although there is an option of stairs for those who want it. The owners/staff were very helpful and polite both at the location and through the booking platform. Mrs Polyxeni is a very sweet person and bakes tasty treats as an extra for the breakfast, such as her zucchini pie. We felt very much at home. Extra plus: extra measures were taken to make us feel safe with regards to covid19.

Everything was at least what expected or even better, proper and clean room, fine breakfast, comfortable beds, etc.. You have a nice view from your balcony looking over the harbor and an absolutely stunning view on the nearby beach and the islands from the shared terrace where you can have your breakfast for example. Shared kitchen is also very well equipped. On top of all these positives there you have the best host in the world. Shoutout to Niko, thank you very much for your kind hospitality and hope we can visit again soon!
