We enjoyed everything about our stay, but this location is ideal for those who prefer traveling to small, tranquil places to rest and relax. It is not suitable for someone seeking a busy city break. The area is very quiet. You can walk to the town in about an hour or rent a car. The owners, who are absolutely amazing, will recommend anything you need and are always happy to assist with advice, suggestions, or help. The warm welcome makes you feel right at home. The villa is beautiful and clean, with everything well thought out, and it offers stunning sunsets and sunrises. On windy days, it can be a bit too breezy to stay outside since the villa is located on a hill. You must visit the local fish tavern to taste the local cuisine. Renting a car to explore this part of the island is highly recommended, as the views are spectacular and you feel surrounded by nature. You will pass through small villages and towns where you can enjoy local food. If you are looking for an escape from the busy city and working life, this place allows you to truly relax

they didn’t have a little welcome book with local recommendations or trivial bits about the property. Maria was always on hand to WhatsApp but I felt bad always contacting her with simple questions about the aircon or pool lights.

Exceptionally modern and clean with amazing panoramic views out to sea. Maria went above and beyond to help us prior to and during our stay. couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lifelong memories with friends.

We – four adults and five kids recently had the most amazing vacation at the Villa Phos that left us utterly enchanted! The view from the property was simply breathtaking, a picture-perfect panorama that took our breath away every morning. But it wasn't just the view that made this place special; our host, Maria, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family during our stay. The interior design of the holiday home was exquisite, combining modern elegance with a cozy ambiance that made it hard to leave. Everything felt brand new, and the attention to detail was impeccable. It was clear that no expense was spared to ensure a luxurious experience. The location was a dream - just a short drive from Creete's best beaches. We spent our days sunbathing on pristine shores and swimming in clear azure waters, and it was all conveniently close. Privacy was a priority here, and we had the serenity of our own little oasis in the olive grove, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds. The room service was top-notch, and the staff was attentive to our every need, making our stay even more enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly say that this holiday home is worth every penny. Excellent accomodation, very good value for money,the view is breathtaking and the villa is made in a modern style with much attention to details. We were 10 persons, each had its own room with private bathroom wich was perfect. Maria is an excellent host, she helped us with everything we needed, informations about what to do in Crete/restaurants/food delivery at accomodation etc. Everything was perfect.

This brand new house is finished with exceptional level to modern design details, has everything you would ever need to call it home for the duration of your stay (from fully equipped kitchen and summer barbecue area to Netflix for entertainment etc.). It is perched on a hill with amazing panorama views to the West showing the edge of the island, the bay area with the houses in Kissamos, very pretty at night with the lights if the town and lit swimming pool. The pool is with the same bright colour tiles as the rest of the decking area so it has lots of light when underwater for photos. Extremely peaceful place to watch and enjoy the sunset. Our host Maria was so kind at accommodating us from the start with early check in and local food gifts and everything to make it a perfect beginning of a wonderful stay, so highly recommended visiting it and is truly a very rare find of opportunity to explore the famous Balos beach which is just 15 minutes away from the villa. Thank you!

The most perfect place. Pure paradise. We were 8 adults and two toddlers and the villa had all the facilities we needed. Super clean, designed, beautiful and comfortable and its even bigger and more beautiful than the photos! The hosts were amazing, always available and helped us with everything we needed. The view is absolutely stunning, you can spend all day at the pool and just look at him. the location is perfect for traveling every day to the most beautiful beaches and yummy taverns. It's a long ride from heraklion but completely worth it if you want to gain a non touristic and beautiful area. Highly recommended. I hope we will come back again soon.

We had a fantastic week with our children and another family with kids in this modern luxury design house. The interiour is very stylish with 4 comfortable sleeping rooms, a modern kitchen, a living room and a lovely patio. There was really nothing missing: enough towels (both bathroom and pool), modern washing machine and tumbler, dishwasher, 2 coffee machines, aircondition wirhout any noise….The outdoor kitchen and the gasgrill was one of our favourites. Last but not least to mention is the lovely host Maria. She was very responsive to all our request abd helpful with recommendations for restaurants and shops. We will definately come again.

Place is amazing, this is first time that reality is even better than photos! Maria is amazing host, comunicative, taking care for every detail of our stay:-) House is fully equiped, perfect for 8 adults.
