There is nothing really we disliked. But I am pretty sure that -if you get a room facing the main street- it will be pretty noisy at night due to the constant traffic and people passing by but since we didn't have that, all good!

This is a really convinient hotel if you're going on vacation with your partner or kids. It's easy to get to from the airport (best by taxi which costs around 20€ for two), the pool is great to have and so are the free sunbeds on the hotel ground. The little beach right infront of the hotel is cute, the breackfast is okay (not amazingly healthy but also not as bad as some people were wrinting here), the rooms are clean, the beds were comfortable, AC was working and so was the Wifi in our room (306). I was asking for a room viewing the sea when I booked this hotel via Booking.com and we got exactly that so we were VERY happy with that. :) Off to a good start & stay! The "snackbar" at the hotel is great to have in case you are craving a beer, a sandwich, chips / fries or ice cream during the day. The main street in Argassi -where this hotel is located at- has tons of restaurants, little supermarkets and souvenir shops so you have all you need right there. We also rented a scooter (at Ioanian Rentals - we can recommend!) for three days (60€) which was a fun and practical way to explore Zakynthos a bit more and check out other beautiful beaches. The cleaning ladies and the snack bar personal were very friendly; they are doing a great job to make you feel comfortable and seen as guests. It might not be a 4 Stars hotel interior-wise but we were really happy with everything and had a great and memorable vacation so we can definitely recommend this hotel.

No late check out, so had to use the shower facilities in reception. These were clean but late check out would have been better (I understand this was a flight changeover day so was not possible). Also WiFi was slow in some areas.

Fantastic location. Only 10 mins in a taxi from the airport (expensive taxi but this is the only time we were ripped off the whole week). The rooms were cleaned every day and were immaculate. The hotel had its own beach which was lovely and calm and quiet. Snack bar was really reasonably priced too. Super close to the resort’s restaurants, loads of brilliant food close by. Only 2.5km to zante old town which was lovely for an evening too. Close to a fantastic bakery which was great for pastries!

Breakfast is not good value for money, poor choice and variety of food. Also there isn't any way to book the sunbed next to the pool and in the early hour of the morning all the guests have already reserved the beds even for people not present in that moment. Not nice.

Very nice location, nice room with great sea view. Parking space is OK.

I doznd only two negatives. First most important is the breakfast- as many customer already comented every day almost the same and the rango you can choose is not sufficient. We were there 7 days and last days I was really suffering. Second are beds- instead of one big bed there are two small and it is easy to move them so in the morning there is quite big gap between them.

WiFi signal very poor at 3rd floor. Guests putting the towel on the sunbeds early morning and only using them later in the afternoon. Room cleaning could be improved a little bit, and the maid could check the shampoo / gel on a regular schedule.

Nice beachfront hotel, near the sea and near the restaurants, shops and etc. in Argassi. We love the hotel place in the island. The breakfast and room was nice too.

The WiFi is not working optimal all the time. The elevator is a bit old. The Seaview room we had for 10 days was amazing, but we spent a few hours in another room facing the street was super noisy and without fridge.

We had a really nice room with sea view. We had a good working fridge and the room were cleaned really good by the staff everyday. The man at reception was really friendly and helpful.The breakfast and dinner were fresh and well prepared and the 'snackbar' at the beachside had good food for a reasonable price. The beach itself isn't so great, but the beds were fine and there's enough space. Theres (free) busses going to other great beaches (banana beach etc). We recommend this place because of the good quality for the price and the friendly staff. Thanks guys for the nice experience in Argassi.

Location was great. Very nice atmosphere. We like to travel around, but with this place you just don't want to. They have nice places to relax. Beginning with your balcony with a sea view and ending in the beach which is few steps away as well as nice size pool. Also i really recommend to bring a mask for snorkeling. There's a stone mall on the beach and all around the stones are plenty of sea life (except turtles, if you want to see them you have to stay in the different area on the island). We were snorkeling all around an island how ever the best variety of fish, crabs and other sea creatures we found near this mall on our beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good and the servers were nice. The garden and swimming pool were very well taken care. Just the staff of the reception were cold and never smiling. They never look when we passed and never say hello. A special thanks to the man who takes care of the garden, beach and pool.

Although I had room with sea view, in the morning at 7am, staff was quite noise while arranging the sunbeds and tables, they woke ma up in almost all days. In another day they were trimming the grass (very noisy and annoying). The room and the toilet was not very clean...

The location is great and the beach in front of the hotel is very sandy.

The hotel is a 4 star hotel, which probably received the 4 stars way back, probably at the beginning of the 2000s years. At the moment, it's more a 3 star hotel, as the standards of the hotels grew up in the last 20 years. Also when the hotel is crowded or full, it may be difficult to find a parking lot, as the yard isn't that big.

The hotel was good, the breakfast was very good, the staff very helpful and nice and the hotel had a lot of facilities (swimming pool, pool table, bar, beach, etc).

it's not 4 stars!! the hotel is old fashioned, reminiscent of a nursing home. WiFi is only available in the lobby. sun loungers on the beach are paid. breakfast is very poor. coffee is terrible. the soundproofing of the walls is very, very bad - you can hear everything, all the conversations of the neighbor from above and on the sides. doors are bad. knocking and absolutely no soundproofing. The contingent in the hotel is mostly of retirement age. the pillow is very thin.

cleaning works very well. the rooms are pretty neat. the air conditioner works very well.
