To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe bathroom is really small and only liquid soap is available so bring a cake of soap if that’s what you prefer. The restaurant staff were fabulous but the reception staff did their job well but weren’t friendly.
The location of the BP is excellent. It is close to the MTR and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the harbour. It also backs onto the fabulous Kowloon Park. This beautiful space is well worth a visit to see how the local residents use the park for recreation. It also houses the Hong Kong cultural museum. Just turn right at the hotel exit and walk for 100 meters to access the park via a walkway Breakfast had a large Asian food options but with eggs made to order, toast, cereals, fruit and croissants, we were very happy with western options. The taxi rank is just outside the door and airport fare was $HK270. Cash only for taxis in HK. We had cocktails in the upstairs in the Flamingo Bar both nights and enjoyed the live music ( albeit a bit loud) and atmosphere .

I like the location since is near the metro station and the train station, specially if you are coming from the Mainland. The breakfast was pretty decent and the staff was very kind. The rooms had a nice view and very comfortable considering how cluttered is Hong Kong in general.

United KingdomNext room was treated with insect spray and spreaded to our room. The smell was so annoying and stinking and we felt very uncomfortable with headsche. Hotel staff then put a mobile air purifier unit in our room that eased a bit with the stinking smell.
The hotel is sited in good and central location. The hotel staff was polite and responded quickly to our requirements.

The hotel is really amazing! Place is wonderful and close to malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and transportation. AC is working properly and the view was amazing. Buffet also had a lot of food to choose from!

Very good location and great info about which bus to catch to the hotel. It was an "interesting" experience and only a 4 minute walk from the bus to the hotel. Right beside the gardens and in summer, a swimming pool. Have stayed before so really like the location. Found some very good breakfast cafes nearby. Can walk to the harbour front so not too far away. Excellent luggage storage and took my laptop away for safety so happy about that.

IrelandWe didn't eat in the hotel, but did buy a coffee which was 7 euro! we didn't buy anything else after that- not when there are so many other options available. The rooms are small, but its Hong Kong and to be expected. We would definitely stay again.
The location is excellent! It's close to the market, subway, and walking distance to the harbour and the park is right next door. There are so many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, I'd highly recommend going to the tourist information at the harbour and asking which is the best way to get to various tourist attractions- the rail is so easy and accessible, it saved us a fortune!

United States of AmericaThe only drawback was a faint cigarette smoke smell in the room, but I soon learned this is common throughout China, even in non-smoking rooms. The staff was willing to let us change rooms. Since we were staying so short I just dealt with it.
Great location next to the train station. Awesome view from our room-- you can see the park and Victoria Harbour! Room was clean and large enough for the two of us. Staff was helpful and kept our bags safe.

CanadaThe bathroom has some black mold around the shower floor on the white caulking. Definitely need some up keeping. Whenever someone else in other rooms were using the shower/water, there were some super loud noise. I did not expect a sound proof room, as it was not advertised, but that was quite bothersome.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the room size is good and as described. The king size bed was comfortable and the linen was clean.
