They don’t clean the carpets. They change sheets and towels daily which is good but the carpet is very dirty and dusty. If you come in the winter, their thermostat doesn’t work so you would have to wear layers while sleeping.

Location. Near the airport bus station and tram, a bit of a walk to the train station but manageable. If you have a baby and senior citizens with you, though (like we did), it would be best to ride the bus. Downside of that is you would have to work the timing of the buses or else it will be a bit of a wait unlike the MTR. WiFi was fast and it worked all the time. This was a surprise considering that I’ve read negative reviews about this. They give unlimited bottled water so this is definitely a plus considering the cost of bottled water in Hong Kong.

The whole building and rooms are quite old. Shower drain does not work properly. At the room description it is marked that room is sound proof, however, you can hear people at the next room and the hallways. Beds are not comfortable and staff does not look welcoming.

Location is pretty good close to the bus and tram stations. Area is quiet but not many restaurants around.

The drain in the shower is clogged so drains very slowly. Cannot take shower for too long. The lamp next to the bed was working the first night but then stopped working the next 2 nights. Overall, the hotel looks like need a serious overhaul or facelift.

It's not overly expensive and there is tram stop immediately outside the hotel and a bus stop to the airport and Kowloon not far from the hotel. There are plenty of good selections of local HK style restaurants and cafes in the area. Walking distance to the local market and mid-levels and Sheung Wan.

If you are looking for a basic hotel near transportation with plenty of options for eating out, this is a good hotel! In front of the hotel is the tram station, a few steps is the bus station, there is also a bus that can take you to the airport. MTR is about 8 minute walk. Plenty of affordable dining options and good coffee shops in the neighborhood

The hotel is old and needs an update otherwise is clean. The internet speed is terribly slow. For the price./quality, it is better to have breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is old so the room is big for Hong Kong standard. There is a self-service laundrette within the hotel but Pak's laundry 25 meters up Water Street is even better, HKD35 for washing and drying within the same day. The location is excellent, with many places to eat close to the hotel. 7-Eleven and Starbucks is 20 meters away. Transport is easy, the tram is direct outside the hotel for both directions, and the Airport bus stop is across the street. MTR is within walking distance.

Staff is professional, rooms could benefit from some refurbishment, but overall still ok for the price. Bed comfortable Tram stops in front of the building, subway 5-10 minutes walk and just 2 stops away from central. I had book a larger room (30m2), upgraded to sea view; for less than 100 euro per night, this is an excellent deal for HK price level.

The rooms are very tiny to the point that it is difficult to have two suitcases open on the room floor at the same time, but I guess that is just how Hong Kong is. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, you probably won't mind.

The location is very convenient and easily reachable from the city centre and the main attractions. A metrostation is nearby and a tram stop just in front of the hotel.

I stayed in a family suite situated on 28th floor, it has 2 side views. The hotel is just across the bus and tram station. Even the airport express bus (A10, A12) is right next to the hotel.

The hotel is old inside and urgently needs renovation. All facilities are old, though still functioning. The room was small, but this was the least problem compared with the overall look.

The location is very good. There is a tram stop just in front of the hotel and a subway station in a few minutes walk. The hotel offers self-service laundry facilities.

The hotel is a bit old and the carpet looks worn-out. The shower unit's drain is slightly choked with hair, and takes some time for the water to drain.

The chambermaid was excellent, responding to our requests for more in-door slippers and shampoo promptly. Thanks to another staff (I think she is the supervisor) for providing us with a heater.
