The internet was unreliable. The internet has been better in my past stays. I like the location. I would recommend this hotel as it is value for money.

The staff were unhelpful with and uninformed. Entrance was difficult to negotiate with a flight of steps up to the elevator.

Location was convenient, room was very cramped but comfortable enough.

Room was as expected being small but was clean...

Location and good public transport close by and plenty of places to eat with a reange of food and prices within walking distance. Rooms are small but clean and quiet so a good base to explore the Island. Staff helpful and booked taxi for return to airport for us.

Thin walls (take ear plugs) you could not see enything through the widows nor open them, small shower area and broken handshower. And no fridge.

Location. Close to the metro station, buses, restaurants and a ferry. Served very well as a starting point to see the city. Room was big enough, bed comfortable. Everyday cleaning.

Small bathroom especially the shower area. Noise from traffic as windows are not insulated.

Hoping that the room where more sound proof as i have a one year old son and a toddler but then staff told us there were complaints regarding footsteps when my child plays and cry. Also TV volume too loud despite the volume was already on 12.. Sounds soft in the room but loud when outside room. i have been to many hotels but never had a problem regarding my child.

Aircon is not cooling effectively. Water coming out from the fridge. Ventilation fan in the bathroom is not working. All this made the room very humid and uncomfortable.

Room is clean. The multimedia facilities is a plus!

The room smell musty. The aircon was dusty . The sink too small. The phone not working. They fixed it next day . The refrigerator became freezer & 2 bottles water & 2 can of cokes became frozen . The Can of coke exploded inside . The housekeeper was rude.

The front desk was helpful & nice . Bed was comfortable. The towels & bed linen are clean. The amenities are good . Would be better if the size bigger .

I was double charged (400 HKD + 600 HKD) and it will be returned only in ~ 30 days. The host firstly didn’t believe that I was charged twice and said that there was only one operation. But then they admitted that there were two. That is not a big problem, but was rather stressful.

We liked everything in the hotel. We got more than we expected. That is also true for the room space. There was enough space for everything, for comfortable stay. Shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee were given everyday. Very comfortable room. Although our room looked at the street we slept very well. Well-equipped. There are microwaves in the common room on the first floor. No noise from neighbors. Very clean, no insects.

If they'd be more instructive on how to control room temperature and perhaps better at helping guests new to Hong Kong how to access the MTR, Taxis, etc. We were a bit overwhelmed but figured it out on our own. Super friendly staff but perhaps a posted directional map to things might help older guests who struggle with internet

It is small...very small..but.managablenif your goal is affordability safety and location. If you are on a tight budget and have a good sense of humor about staying in a tiny tiny room this is for you. Fantastic location to reach things in Hong Kong. Like New York and other huge cities you shouldn't expect much space for such a good price per night.
