There were two twin beds pushed together which made it hard to sleep, the floor could have been renovated and sound did travel. I also haven’t received any communication about my deposit back.

The location was great and very central, surrounded by lots of places to eat and shop. The hotel was also very tidy and clean.

The staff were not very friendly & the bath towels were less than hand towels - although we had booked 2 rooms tor 2 adults & 3 children we were only given 4 hand towels & told we could buy more if we needed one for everyone. For the cost of the accommodation they could give you enough towels for each guest.

Cleaning staff are reliable. Receptionists are friendly and patient. Location is great. Self help washing machines are just on floor next to the hotel, so convenient!

The stairs is very steep. When you leave your luggage there is extra charge every luggage irregardless of size in excess of 2 luggages left per room

It is older than it looks in the pictures and they only provide small towels (if you want bigger ones you need to buy them). The room is very small, but I expected it, so this was not an issue for me (but worth flagging).

The hotel is clean and well located. The services are basic but good. It's cheap by Hong Kong standards, but still expensive for what you get.

After taking a shower, the water seemed to be stored under the rubber tiles and dirty black water appeared from small holes. (Room 801)

The room was small and w/ basic facilities but with a very confortable bed and very clean. It had a small window with a nice view. It was more than valid for the price and the location is perfect! Not easy to find such a place at this price. Perfect location near to all shopping malls and restaurants and very near to the subway station. It is ideal if you want a place to sleep in the middle of Causeway Bay. The staff was nice and helpful.

One of the lifts was broken for a day of our trip which meant it took over 15 mins to leave the building.

The location is great and good value for money. The rooms are small but didn’t matter as we were out and about all the time.

It is a bit far away from Causeway bay metro station so if you have big bags use the lift exit and take the journey slow. They also only have 2 lifts inside for 19 floors so be prepared to wait for one. A note to the hotel: please label all the switches you have so that you know which one is for the water heater and maybe also a note on how to use the shower.

The look and feel of the lobby is really nice and cool. Comfortable chairs for you to sit in with charging stations by the table. They do have a luggage storage area that you can pay for and is not fussy if you wait for an hour in the lobby before you leave to catch your flight.
