It is difficult to enter the parking area. And since the entrance is on a one way street it’s easy to miss it. Also the AC is only in the Living/kitchen , no AC in the bedroom, it was manageable but would have been difficult if the temperature was warmer.

Location, facilities, city itself, what is there not to like?! Location of the apartments is excellent, everything is close by to include the unforgettable Splitska Riva. Some people might find certain areas of the city too narrow, but that is the beauty of it of it's history. Wonderful summer vacation for friends or families or whoever decides to come by. Communication with the host was positive all the way.

It was close to other properties and roads so there was a lot of noise from people returning from clubs all through the night till 5.30

Parking was tight to get into, but eventually we got the hang of it. Just a lot of breathe holding - but glad to have it all the same!

Comfortable apartment with good facilities that was in an excellent location - very close to the city centre without being in it, but only a 5 minute walk if you wanted to. Easy checkin, great communication from the host and having a parking spot was invaluable! Excellent value for money, would happily stay again

Entrance to the property when I arrived at night was quite dark and hard to see. I needed to use my flashlight on my phone to find it. Property is not very soundproof. I could easily hear the people above me, especially when in the bathroom, which made me very aware of my own noise. It wasn’t hugely bothersome but something to note. I could hear voices and dogs barking very clearly.

Great location easy walking distance from the Riva and the ferry/bus/train terminals. Lots of amenities nearby including pharmacy and grocery. Property was clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the kitchen facilities for my stay and the shower was great.

The location is excellent, both to the center and to take the boat tours. It was very clean,it had a coffee maker and the host was very helpful and approachable.

There were only 1.5 toilet rolls while we are staying 3-4 nights. But we asked for a bit more from a host and she kindly brought them on the next day.

A perfect location for travelling Split. The center is within a walking distance of 5 minutes only. Also, the space is clean and spacious enough for a couple.

Great location to everything, 5 mins from port and bus station and the nightlife. Large supermarket at top of street and some nice restaurants really close.

The owner was really really nice. She met us at the door of the apartment even though it was late at night to give us the keys. She explained everything and even recommended us different places to visit and restaurants. Any doubts we had during our stay she answered straight away and very efficiently. The location of the apartment was excellent as well. We could go walking everywhere. All in all it was 10/10.

Great location a only few minutes walk to the old town and to the city beach, and also a few minutes drive to the ferry port! The area where the apartment itself is a very nice neighborhood with two very good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Split by car, just make sure that your vehicle is not very big because driving through the narrow streets can be difficult. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

Location and free parking spot are a real bonus. Apartment has everything you need. We only stayed for one night, because we took an early ferry to Hvar. Great to stay at Basic then, since it is very close to the harbour.

Location is very central, ease of entry and departure were efficient. Perfect for a 1 night stop over before an ealry morning flight. 10 mins walk from the shuttle bus to the airport.

Nice apartment in good location close to the city but very quiet. The host is very friendly. We had a great time there :)
