Needs more glasses and mugs: only one mug though there were a couple of cups but these were very small. 2 tumblers- would have been nice to have a couple of wine glassess.

Excellent location : close to public transport links- ferries, bus station; close to the old town and tourist agencies; very close to supermarket for self catering. Outside space with table and chairs and clothes airer. Useful cooking facilities with good range of saucepans for self catering. Good communication with host.

If you have a hire car get ready to perfect your manoeuvring skills because getting in and out can be a hassle especially if people have illegally parked on the street. Nobody's fault but if you are not used to old European streets just leave your car in any of the multistorey nearby.

A few minutes walk to the old town and the port on a side road so it's always very quiet. Fairly large supermarket nearby for your daily essentials, check in was easy. Lovely location, old building with lots of character but recently refurbished so very comfortable. Parking on site, you must get in contact beforehand to reserve a spot.

No one was there to greet us. The apartment was also not ready when we arrived in spite of our keeping them informed about out arrival time. There were no instructions in the apartment about how to run the AC and the TV.

There was no breakfast, or coupons, or suggestions about where to go.

Very hard to park a car. It will take skill to get into the area. I was good driving in, but it is not easy for just anyone.

free parking - all good , BUT entrance to that parking area is super super SUPER tight, with a bigger car will be difficult, or if someone park next to the entrance gate - no choice to turn in ... normal car - with caution - all good complain is a bit "hard" - parking is free

One window in bedroom was a little bit open from corner and we werent able to close it. Noises were able to come inside at evening which was little bit disturbing but location of apartment was luckily quiet.

Apartment was on good short distance from everything we needed. Air conditioner worked perfectly on hot weather. We got flexible check out which was nice.

The apartment is cozy, very clean and the staff is very friendly and easy to reach. The location is a bit hard to get to by car, but *amazing* for a stay. It's about as central as you can get for the old town/palace and great value for the money.

The only things I would like to point out is that there was a little bit of dust in the bedside tables, and that in the left side of the bed, we could feel the springs in the matress, unfortunately. We appreciated the apartment overall, it was cozy, and the AC helped a lot as well. Thank you Karina! 🙏🏽

It was an appartment very well located with enough space for 2 people. It's 8 minutes walk from the main bus station, and 3 minutes away from the center of Split/Riva. The owners were really, really nice, friendly, available, and very helpful when my mom and I needed information or if something was missing in the appartment we booked. Karina offered us a box of coffees for the coffee machine, and bought batteries for the AC remote control as well. The towels smelled so so good and we had so many at disposition!

This property was chosen for the 3 reasons of budget, location and parking. Each were achieved. The apartment name in itself lets you know what you are in for, so do not expect a luxury abode, but it was well maintained, comfortable and had all the services we needed. Contact with the owners was very easy and communication timely. A very large accommodation. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close by for ease, as was the old town.
