Nothing except visitors should note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with fairly steep stairs as the only access. Not a problem for us and helped the apartment to be quiet.

Gorjan is the best owner-rent host ever. He met us off the boat at the harbor, walked us to his apartment build (which is not obvious with any signs), and gave us a full review on how to work things in the room. Then gave us numerous recommendations for restaurants with links to directions. Gorjan is top notch. Very comfortable and an outstanding location in old town.

The room was exquisite as well as the owners who went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make us feel welcomed and make the saty extra special. Homemade biscuits waiting for us when we arrived and the attention to decor in the room was truly artistic. The room was huge, with endless attention to detail; quite the most fabulous experience.

Gorjan was an incredible host! So many thoughtful touches. We loved the apartment we felt right at home, we especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Amazing location in the heart of the old town. He set up our taxi from the airport and got us to our ferry when leaving Split. Look no further for the best experience when staying in this city!

Great location, quiet considering the proximity to the Centre. Many coffee shops and restaurants within 200 meters. The room was well appointed and quaint reflecting its age. Worthy to note is the access is by a steep staircase approximately 50 steps. Gorjan was helpful with our luggage though.

Wonderful host Gorjan. So helpful and amazing communication. Always available with helpful information alleviating any apprehension when coming to a new place. He met us both coming and going to assist for a smooth arrival and departure.

3 storeys of steep steps to get to room could be an issue for some but Gorjan was on hand to help get our luggage up and down.

Well thought out room(s), very pretty with lots of nice touches. Well located in centre of old town with some noise as a result but this wasn't a problem. Bed was large and comfortable, pillows in Croatia are an acquired taste. Shower v good and fridge plus seating area was v useful, allowing us to do our own breakfasts. Gorjan (host/owner) was very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us and communicated throughout our stay.

It was all good.

Dorian was the greatest host ever! He handled our heavy bags, got us airport transportation and helped take our bags out of Old Town to meet the driver. He spent time explaining the A/C, kitchen etc. The deck was excellent for chillin. Right out the door was the heart of old town, yet the room was very quiet.

We were up three fights of stairs. no problem for us but may be for some so if you book, be sure to address this if it is an issue for you. Also, as this is an apartment and you will need to meet the owner to get in, be sure to have WiFi or cell service when you get there. Also, the decor was not my favorite, doilies and such, I prefer a more utilitarian approach.

Gorgan was great, he even helped our friends find their accommodations in the Old City. I loved the location of this place, just steps from the Old City Center. The owners even left us some homemade cakes.

Central location, clean and comfortable bed + pillows. Room was spacious and looked exactly like the photos. Gorjan was a pleasure to deal with, even letting us check in early after we had gotten an overnight bus from Ljubljana, arriving in the early hours of the morning. He also helped with getting our suitcases up the stairs which I was very thankful for! Gorjan is a wealth of knowledge and provided a lot of recommendations which were amazing.

Very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Great air conditioning! Lots of nice little touches like 2 stands for suitcases, cold water in the fridge and homemade cakes. You couldn’t get a better location in Split.

This property is amazing. The location could not be more perfect and the room was clean and very comfortable. The attention to detail is lovely and we would highly recommend here! Gorham was very good and organized our taxi, was there on arrival and helped us to our room. GREAT accommodation!!!

The location was perfect, close to great restaurants bars and the marina. The room was very cozy and the cakes we received upon welcome were delicious! Gorjan went above and beyond to make our stay great! He helped with luggage, coordinated taxi even all the way to Zadar, and walked to me my taxi when I had an early flight. Thank you again!

Loved the building and the room. Great service from the host who met us at the ferry and carried our bag through Split and up the building stairs. Apartment is right in the middle of the old town and a 2 minute walk to all the main sights. Would definitely book again. Also loved the little cakes that were provided
