Its not in the heart of the city but its a 10 minute tram and metro trip - very easy. The room was basic but spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. It has a homely feel which is very good. Breakfast was at one large table and people talked and got to know each other a little. It was an excellent way to get travel tips.

The accommodation is rather far from the city centre and we were the only ones there for 2 out of 4 days so it is kinda empty huge house. Breakfast was the same thing every morning, but okey, tasty.

We got a free breakfast and the room was pretty spacious. The staff were nice and helpful.

Great breakfast. Friendly, respectful staff. Helpful when asked questions. Very close to tram (about 5 minutes walk) and 5 minutes in the same direction to a local diner, which was very reasonable in price and very tasty.

The breakfast was weird as everyone had to sit at the same table. It was all cold cuts/veggies/vread etc, so some cooked breakfast/eggs/bacon/etc would've been a bit better.

The area was nice and quiet, and the place has a good atmosphere. The old guy who welcomed us was really nice and warm hearted. The wooden external blinds kept out the heat very well.

Very clean with fresh towels changed during our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, no problem checking in and out. Nice cozy room with a big bed. Good localization near public transport.

Breakfast should definitely be better. Two people get a plate with 6 piece salami, 6 piece winter salami and 6 small piece cheeses and a small piece of pepper, tomato for decoration. Too small portions for two adult person. On table is bread, butter, marmalade, cornflakes, water, milk and at the counter tea, coffee, juice, cocoa. There is no fruit, eggs or chocolate spread.

The owner is a nice older man. He welcomed us, we filled in our personal information and paid the tourist tax right away. He gave us a map and wrote which tram we can take to the center. The accommodation location is well connected to the tram line. With line 17 then 47 or 49 you can reach the city. Download the Budapest GO app to buy tickets online. 30 minutes of walking to the center. The accommodation in the room is older, but everything is very clean and tidy. As in the photos. We were there for the New Year and it was very warm. Recommendation for a nearby restaurant Kisvigadó vendéglő. Good portions and normal prices.

The parking at first was a worry..but turned out at just 8 euros/ day. The breakfast was repetitive but passable.

It was a quiet location but with convenient access to the attractions of Budapest. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom pleasant and functional.

When we arrived at the accommodation, the gentleman said that check-in is at 10 p.m., but he let us go earlier at 6 p.m., and if it says on the reservation that check-in is at 2 p.m. It was not clear to us why the application was delayed. Our car couldn't fit in their private parking lot, if you're going to risk it, you can make it. parking was a problem for us as we had to come back every 2 hours to pay for a new ticket. Accommodation clean, breakfast solid, you have to change two tram lines to get to the city center. The hotel owner is nice.

All guests eat breakfast at one big shared table. The privat parking is very narrow and we could hardly get our car into it. There are only two privat parking spaces, so the other guests had to park on payable parkings on the street.

We were lucky to get a secured privat parking in front of the house. The old villa is nicely arranged and has a garden. The rooms and the bathrooms are not so big, but they are very comfortable and clean. We liked a bit harder bed mattresses. Breakfast is good and there is a lot of choice. The tram station is 200 meters away and there are good connections to the city center.

Cigarette (smoke) smell in the reception areas and on the towel's. This should be easily changed if they want it too. Just stop smoking inside the building. Plus the vegetables they put on the breakfast plate it's ridiculous - put more or nothing!

In this place everything was straight forward. We had only one problem - I will mention it at the end of my review. The location is really good ,the place inside outside is beautiful especially this time, when we went ,it was gorgeous with the autumn leaves. Our room was spacious, clean and simple with lot's of storage spaces available. Breakfast was also very simple - me and my friends would get a plate with some cold sliced salami and Parisian with some cheese, here I would suggest it would have been better if they put more vegetables on the plate ( more or nothing otherwise it's just doesn't make sense).There was also bread and butter, cereals available etc. The staff was also quite friendly and helpful. In overall I think it's a great place to stay for the price they are asking - I can easily say it's budget friendly and simple. Now we had only one annoying problem otherwise, I would have said it was exceptional - the reception area stinks of cigarette smell . It's crazy in the 21. century people can't understand it's inappropriate to smoke inside of any type of building. The good thing is somehow it's not going in to the rooms but I could smell on the towel's a bit.

Bathroom facilities are a bit old but functional. There’s street parking but with a fee during weekdays. You can hear every noise from other rooms and also from the main door when someone opens or closes it, but when we were there other guests were mostly families and respectful people so the noise died down around bedtime.

Quiet and safe neighborhood close to tram station. The rooms are in an old villa, the lobby/dining room has gorgeous furniture, lamps and artwork. The owner was very welcoming, polite and helpful, he waited for me even though I arrived late at night. They have an iron and board, also hairdrier, you just need to ask.
