United Kingdomaircon was not working. We had our room swapped and the AC was still not working. Rude staff at night time. i was also charged over £100 for the room swap that was only for the last night! Half of facilities was closed.

The place is great . Location is excellent , right on the beach . The complex is serving all the needs : beach , pools, wellness , children animations , clubs , bowling , ping pong , etc…bars , good restaurants with nice foods

Breakfast good quality and tasty, but not enough options for gluten-free or lactose-free diet (hotel confirmed that it will accommodate this request) Rooms were very nice and clean - renovated including renovated bathrooms. Great facilities- indoor and outdoor pool. Also nice and clean

CroatiaThe heating & AC system in my room was broken, the staff knew about it and did nothing, so basically there was strong heating constantly on in my room. WiFi around the pool has poor signal and often disconnects. There were not even basic drinks included for dinner, not even water. While the general areas are refurbished, there are lots of side areas that are a mess, with displaced old items lying around. I think for this cost and rating, it should not be the case. The stuff constantly speaks in Hungarian even after hearing I'm clearly a foreigner (but, they were overall friendly).
Very central location. Main hotel areas are very modern and recently refurbished. Spa is amazing with multiple saunas and pools of different temperatures. There is a nice private beach too. Breakfast and dinner have limited offer, but are relatively healthy compared to rest around Balaton - though it would be nice to have few more healthy salads or similar options.

Czech RepublicThe animation programme could have been better prepared, especially the games for children. Very low English skills of the hotel staff. Very small and limited food offer for lunch. Confused and slow service in the restaurant during lunch when the weather was bad and many people were inside. More frequent and quicker cleaning of the beach after storms and bird droppings would be needed. Outdated and low quality air conditioning in the rooms. More Azurka souvenirs available for sale - it was hard to convince the reception to sell us a small stuffed Azurka when the kids really wanted it and we had to listen to a presentation about some bonus program on 700eur for 10 years. An all inclusive option or lunch or an option to eat and drink all day would be great.
Children liked the animation program. When the weather was bad, we could swim and have fun inside in the wellness area - The size of the wellness area is sufficient. All necessary entrances/exits and payments via watch were convenient. The lifeguard allowed me to have a 4m inflatable kayak stored overnight and bad weather in the wellness area behind the sun loungers and I really appreciated this so that I didn't have to take it to the car every time. We didn't pay for parking.

HungaryIf you are looking for an adult hotel, you shouldn’t choose this property. They are family friendly which means lots of kids are screaming and running up and down day and night. There are so many attractions for kids. +extremely expensive

HungaryVery small room, very small bathroom, the door of the shower area was not properly sized therefore couldn't close and took away even more of the already quite small shower area. Generically I had the impression that the area that the hotel is rating 4 star was rather 3 star and what they considered a 5 star area was really a 4 star area. Did not meet the expectation of a 4 star facility, hence I feel it's overpriced.
Very good location, nice beach, half-board dining was really good. Staff was friendly.

PolandStaff, staff, staff. 500 Euro was stolen from my room, they did not want to confirm that my car is at their parking so I had to run away from the place as it could be stolen too. The service quality at reception is low, I asked them to manage the problem with stolen money with the cleaning service because I wanted the hotel and staff to avoid problems with police and it was me to ask many times at reception and send mails without response! The food in restaurant is horrible, fat and monotonous. I wonder about standards of managing this place. Bad experience
