The bathroom was a little ran down, but functional

The staff is the sweetest and very helpful with everything you need. You can rent scooters easily and cheaper than at other places. The dorms are big and the beds comfy, I only missed a curtain. The huts are super cute and the AC works perfectly. Would definitely recommend it.

As it is a simple accomodation in a wild area, there were insects and big lizards in the room, but not surprising considering we are in a cabin in Lombok! Nothing too bad, but good to know in advance. We had only 1 big spider that the staff removed quickly :):)

For the price - you cannot ask for any more! it was a cute place, with nice vibes and super friendly staff. Rooms had AC and fit 4 people, toilets were big and they gave us pankakes in the morning.

I spent more than a week at Bale. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is good. The vibe is calm and relaxed, perfect for those who need to rest. Despite that, it's easy to socialize with others travellers in the nice common areas outdoor. The staff is very attentive and kind. A big thanks to Davi who made a great job

I wish there was a little more storage inside to put things as people brought their surfboards so it took up a lot of floor space

The location and the people there were amazing! Scooter rental is cheap and the breakfast was yummy.

I spent over a week here, was able to leave my big backpack when I headed up to Tetebatu for a few days and the owners are so sweet! I loved this hostel.

Mattress is not the best and there is lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Simple accomodations but you have everything you need, including a nice pancake for breakfast and free water available at all times. The hut has AC and a shower with hot water!

We stayed for one night at the Bale Hostel before catching our flight the next morning. The owner was very helpful and gave us an early taxi ride to the airport. The rooms are cosy and simple. You have your own locker which is handy. It is definitely a good price vs quality.

Super cute dorms inside bamboo huts! Like a little oasis in Kuta. The vibe is super chill and its easy to meet people in front of the bungalows. The owner is super friendly and makes sure you enjoy your stay.

Just chocolate pancake, no option of something else. You can hear the mosque.

Incredible! The best and more complete hostel in Indonesia. The beds and pillows are so comfortables, there is Aircon, towel, lamp, charger. In the toilet always toilet paper, litter, litter!!!! They are really nice, free coffee, tea and water. Free pancake breakfast.

it was very noisy early (but you get used to it very quickly) on due to the mosque and generally because the walls were relatively thin; therefore it was also very warm during the day; 1-2 chairs with a table would not be bad in the hall

very centrally located hostel; the staff was extremely friendly. It was wiped down every day; air conditioning worked.
