Be weary that there are mosquitos that can get into the room so using the nets around the bed is highly recommended. The pool was not very clean, a bit green and a lot of bugs.

Staff greeted us on arrival and handed our keys. Easy to communicate over whatsapp before our arrival. The rooms were big and spacious, very clean too. Loved the location was a short scooter ride out of the main highway of Seminyak.

No hot water the first two nights. Electricity failed the second night. And the roof was leaking, making the floor slippery and the pillows wet. They then shifted us into number 1 villa, which unfortunately backs onto a very busy (read noisey) intersection.

They didn’t have scooters for rent from property - but no big deal ordering gojek etc but that would have been nice to have as an option

The private villa is so nice and has everything you need! Loved the cool pool after a hot day wandering through the markets and down at the beach! The glass water bottles was a great eco-touch which I loved.

The pool was never cleaned out, which made it look and feel dirty. The mosquitos were everywhere too, inside and outside. This made it very uncomfortable and stressful at times. It wasn’t the best of experiences because of the mosquitos constantly biting.

Upon arrival the greeting was lovely with a fresh drink and cold towel. The reception and entrance path was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, the pool and outside was stunning when first came in. The Vila was very big and nice, and great to be able to walk to reception quickly to refill your water. The food was also very reasonably priced and tasty! I recommended the spring rolls.

A little noisy music from the nearby club especially on Friday to Sunday nights. Not hotel fault but just unfortunate to be near an inconsiderate neighbour.

Personally I’d of liked if our villa had more sun we found it quite shaded which might be okay for some people but we prefer to have the sun. It can also be quite noisy at night time but we had no trouble sleeping.

We were met by the friendly hotel staff who made us lunch on arrival whilst our room was being prepared. The room was clean and spacious and close enough to walk to local shops and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything that made our stay much better!

The hotel is very beautiful with big bed and washrooms. Place is nearby main attractions and clubs. Also the circle K opp. The hotel was really nice facility .

Mosquitos were present which is just how it is, but they did supply us with repellant no fault of the Hotel just a mention to be aware of.

Good selection of breakfast/lunch/dinner and they were more than happy to deliver it to us should we choose not to go to the restaurant. Rooms were a little on the old side but nice and clean and serviced daily. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had issues with the hot water, which was fixed, but was offered another room to move to and or use of a shower from another room. The outside pool was a little cold but was great to have a private pool to access..

It's loud - take ear plugs if you want a good night's sleep. From loud music, to traffic, the school opposite and lots of dogs barking. When we arrived the walls had a few remnants of squashed mosquitoes and on that note, there's a lot of mozzies so bring bug spray. The door to outside had a bit of a gap so bugs could easily get in

There were way too many mosquito's day and night. The rooms are not sealed properly therefore many insects kept coming in. Due to mosquito's the pool and outdoor was hard to use as well

Very noisy at night with motorbikes on the street and dogs around the property barking. Not in central Seminyak area, ~20 minute walk.

only minor negative was that the toilet leaked out the bottom and blocked twice during our stay

location was great, on the outskirts of the main area so nice and quiet but easy enough to get into town -2 mins by scooter. staff were exceptional, always there when needed, organized transport, friendly and attentive. Villa was a lot bigger than expected, pool was clean, property was clean, bed was comfortable. breakfast - both mee goreng and nasi goreng were delicious we liked it so much we extended for an extra night.

Our roof was leaking when it rained a bit and flooded our floor. The staff seemed to be aware of it but didn't bother to warn us in advance.

Staff is friendly, place is calm, romantic, spacious and pool is very nice. Rooms are comfortable.
