We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast wasn’t the best. Nearly everyday we were left without towels and had to go to reception to ask for the same. The whole hotel needs updating, a good lick of paint and a bit of tlc is required in the room and to the pool (lights hanging out, colouring around the edges).
Pool was nice, our room had it own little courtyard with a gate you could lock.

The location is amazing, in a very good and cozy area just 2 min walking to the beach. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. The breakfast was amazing with the ocean view!

I’ve been to Bali many times and this was one of the best I stayed in. It’s a little bit older but the room, the swimming pool, the view from the restaurant and the garden are beautiful. And it’s really quiet and very close to the beach. Staff are superfriendly and the manager - mr Wayam - is a perfect host!

CanadaIt should be noted that check in time cut off is 8pm. I was able to make my check in however noteworthy here for future booking. The large room made it hard for the AC to get the room cool, room was comfortable after leaving the blackout blinds closed all day on my first day.
The location to surf, and the price cannot be matched. The breakfast menu included with the room had 4 choices and was above my expectations. Room was large and had great storage for clothes. The hotel is a short walk to the beach which has a few spots for lunch & dinner. The beach breaks are only steps away and I found it a nice quiet part of Canggu. Great bang for the Rupiah!

Its spacious, beautiful individual villas (althu they are described as Deluxe Rooms) with indoor and outdoor showers, AC and fan as well as a nice patio. I must say we had very deep sleep every night as beds are comfortable.
