The bathroom needed some small repairs, which didn't necessarily impact our stay but was noticeable. Walls between villas are thin enough to hear if neighbours are being loud.

The pool was beautiful, the staff were exceptional and the options for full service from the villa made for a luxury experience.

We found the wifi to be slow, and we found the location to be not as well-lit at night. The fridge was a small bar fridge and we found this limiting on freezer space.

We stayed in a Deluxe One Bedroom Villa with private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were attentive when we notified them that our TV wasn't turning on, and replaced it immediately. This place was the nicest place we could find at the time, and it has all the bells and whistles. Large bathroom, complete with oversized bath and separate oversized shower. Although we couldn't fault our stay, we did find better value for money at another villa that was in a better location (still within Seminyak).

The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the plunge pool was lovely, definitely good value for money. Having a great pub next door also contributed to the overall experience.

The location wasn't the best especially when walking at night to restaurants as there wasn't many street lights. It was a bit scary.

The private pool was excellent and we enjoyed our time in it. The pool was a good size and met our needs. The actual villa was in a good location in regards to having lots of shops and restaurants nearby but not great at night.

Food can be improved. One of my tops and short tights have disappeared. Not sure if they were taken by the housekeeping staff. Only realised when back home and I wanted to wear.

The insects and poor wifi. For insects is understandable because they have a lot of greenery.

Here we had the best bed, huge and comfy. Better choices for breakfast than other places where we stayed. The mango juice is a star. The staff is also friendly and professional.

Some things in the bathroom are a bit worn out. Showers floor was a bit slippery. But otherwise it looked good. Mosquitoes were a lot at the place so they should provide a bat or something. We called up and asked we got a spray and electric device but it was not enough

The villas are in need of an upgrade and maintenance (walls need painting, toilet and bathroom taps replaced, etc). The mosquito nets around our bed needed washing so we didn't use them. Disappointed that some menu items were not available on consecutive days.

A villa with a private pool was fantastic as the temperature was over 30-degrees most days so daily dips in the pool were needed! Lovely manager and staff who all responded to our needs quickly. Recommended if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing property with helpful staff, and cafes, restaurants and shopping all in walking distance.

Room needing a refurbishing is probably the worst we could say about it. Other than that, it is a good size, great bathroom and very comfy bed (you have no idea how fussy my partner is in that regard and even she was comfy!!)

Rooms was a little run down and in need of a refurb, but the bed was very comfy, rooms clean and the breakfast not fantastic, but adequate and not something that would give cause for complaint. All in all, good value
