staff was courteous and the hotel was clean, The location is beautiful. you can see mountains and all that nature has to offer. there is a river flowing within the resort. old property but nice and clean. there was some challenge with food order which F&B manager took care of well.

During the school holiday, this place was quite crowded and we didn't get the type of bed that we requested.

"The breakfast was excellent, with a full selection. We loved that they offered free cotton candy to welcome the children. They also have a bike rental service if you'd like to explore the area."

I think it needs renovation. The room layout seems the same as when i visited the hotel in 2013.

Staff and service. Long wait in bar and restaurant plus no staff standby by the counter of bar/cafe. long wait for room service plus many miss communication between the staff (kitchen and room service staff) as my order came wrong and un complete.

Kids recreation are amazing - different sizes of pool, kids playground and kids outbound. Many outdoor activities are available in this hotel including e-bike vehicle and jogging track. Front office including concierge and security staff are very nice and helpful.

- The room service didn't allow us to add 1 more blanket as free, even they suggested to get additional bed as replacment. How could they do that? We just need a blanket. - The bathroom has standard low budget hotel facility. For the 4 stars hotel, we expect better quality of bathroom including the amenities.

Breakfast was excellent but the variety of food is flat, we stayed for 2 nights and the food was the same as first day.

The fitness center is very small, only 2-3 treadmills/static bicycle. Cannot use the room at all when there were 5 people inside it. The buffet dinner is decent, although some food is a bit over/under taste.

getting a bedroom in tower three, which is quite far from the hotel lobby, is a bit tiring, especially when there are elderly people who have difficulty walking with the help of a cane

If the rooms had carpet it would be great as the floors do tend to get a bit cold.

some areas needed more regular cleaning such as the kids club room, the bathroom and underneath the bed needed thourough cleaning. there were still left over dust under the bed of the master bedroom when we entered the room. check in time should be ready by 2:00 pm

1. We booked 1 bed room in booking.com because its more expensive than the duluxe ones. We expect much due to the type of room and price, however the room is not pleasant at all.. no views and not so spacious.. I think Aston Bogor could consider this type and the value of the money. 2. The outbound for kids also can be ready early, especially on Saturday and Sunday. 3. Please also consider to add another changing room near adults pool.

I like the fast response of the staff, where we ask for an upgraded room.. We had an amazing room with an amazing views just what we are hoped for.. because we are also choose Aston Bogor to celebrate my husband birthday. The food (breakfast) is wonderful, there's so many variety of dishes and i couldn't try them all.. The facility, especially for swimming pools are well managed.. because it has pool for adults and kids differently and the guards are making sure the safety of each customers. Plus, thanks so much for the mini bday cake.. only slight sugggestion: FO inform the cust that it will be delivered after check in, not before so it lowered the expectation while entering the room. Overall, we felt so specials because of the upgraded rooms.. its very spacious and homey.. thanks for all of the hospitality! Definitely would recommend my big family to stay here next time..
