A hole on the side of mattress. One bulb in bathroom lat shower location wasnt working. Mosquitos in the room. Curtains, walls, sofa all very very old and with patches of dirt.

Bedroom was so damp, especially the towel, & its wall was pretty much dirty. And no bathtub mat so I had to order it to receptionist. Receptionist & security weren't too spry for customer satisfaction, especially when other customer took queue without permission.

Love the restaurant & its ambience. Also love lobby's interior.

There are a lot of ants in the room. The sport facilities are not well maintained. The personal/management was not so friendly, when I was asking for something. The room was loud since we got an apartment facing the highway.

the room or apartment is spacious, there is a kitchen that can be used. There are also markets and a bank in the complex. The indonesian meal was good. The personal in the front door was very helpful and friendly.

First night, they gave us room no.1809. It was unpleasant experience, too many Cockroaches running around in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen. This is my 3-4 times with Gran Dafam Ancol. Usually roaches and ants were only in the kitchen. However in this room, they were everywhere. I could not sleep. Early morning, I complained. The staff told me that they will give us a better room. they gave us new room,no.1803. Surprisingly, in that room, no roaches at all, no ants. So next times, i think u need to mentioned in your booking for special request; “No roaches please”. The staff was really nice, humble, polite and attentive.

the rooms were nothing like published. this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to or booked from this site. the corridors were dusty and many small pieces of trash around. the room itself was unlivable — the couch was sunken, the bed sheets were stained, the bathroom floors were dirty and stained. I borrowed an ironing board and I was given one that was burnt and torn.

The room doesn't look like the picture. The floor was kinda wet and smells like old wood. The room is not comfortable as a suite supposed to be. The receptionist said the room is facing the ocean, but the ocean is barely seen. The water kettle was broken, we requested towels for more tham 3 times and still didn't receive enough. We have 2 bathrooms with no towels, hand towel or else. The room is plain and doesnt feel like home at all. Supper disappointed remembering that I ordered the suite and expected something, at least, cozy enough to have a staycation with family.

The position is very close to Ancol and it has its own restaurant and sky lounge. Got a free upgrade to the highest room type.

Pool and othe amenities may be available for access for more time There was a problem with the geyser in one of the rooms. I request the management to take care of these issues

Receptionist were kind and friendly, they immediately addressed our concerns. And excellent job by Lella at the restaurant in the lobby. Geart hospitality from security to all the personal. And it is a safe place to be.

Overall very happy -my friends went to Dafol -sort of Mini Disneyland very nearby was not feeling well so did not go -pool looks great but did not use.

Had issues with key access over 5 times but sorted out -rooms spacious and very clean-my Indonesian friends loved it-breakfast great choice and nicely cooked food -dinner in top floor restaurant first night very good -to find shops turn right out of front door alfomart or similar
