Unfortunatelly It wasn't do clean. Kichen was dirty, with no stuff to cook. Bungalow needs a renovation

The property is excellent . Just be aware that it is about 2km walk to markets .

Quiet location despite being of main road , you can’t hear the traffic , a short 5 minute drive to markets . Handy to supermarket and a wide range of eating places . Excellent air conditioning. Great value for money. Stayed here twice . Kutu the owner is amazing , he knows all the best places to eat from good, clean, cheap to expensive. He can help organise a driver and I recommend you do , they speak excellent English and nothing is to much trouble . From silver making classes, to cooking classes , Quad bikes to chasing waterfalls . The rooms are spacious and the views over the rice fields are stunning . Five choices for breakfast delivered to your room . A lovely place to relax .

The main bed was very hard, the only shower was the one in the outdoor bathroom, and the misquito netting was a necessity, but it didn't work as well as we would have liked. Otherwise, the property was perfect. I was also sad to see the termite infestation visible in the wood furniture and structures. 😞

The property was in a perfect location, the staff were friendly, and the pool was gorgeous. The stay was great for my family of five.

Bed was a bit hard. Woke up very stiff. Still absolutely fine.

Fantastic stay at Bali Breeze, the staff are amazing and the location is great. Excellent value for money. Very quiet and peaceful villa, you wouldn't believe that they are on the busy street of Ubud, once into the complex it is a whole different world.

The air conditioner was very loud, smelled mouldy, and didn't work very well. The floor tiles were dangerously slippery went wet. More floor mats would be useful. Kitchen utensils and crockery were not clean. Pool pump went all night and was noisy.

The room was a little on the dark side and not fully insulated. Bathroom is outdoors and close to rice fields (which is also magical and special) which means there are more mozzies and creepy crawlies to deal with if that's not your thing. Villas are on the southern edge of Ubud town.

The location is excellent, right opposite a convenience store and reliable ATMs. The grounds are beautifully kept. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The plunge pool was perfect to cool off after exploring in the humidity. Having your own water cooler was also fantastic. Banana pancakes are the best thing in the breakfast menu hands down! Loved the thermos of hot water provided every morning. All up, great value for money.

The AC was not working at all even after informing the management there was no solution. The should change the AC coz it was noisy and hot during the day and even in the night.

It’s a beautiful property located in the paddy fields and have fabulous view of paddy field and villa from the private swimming pool.

Most of the staff were friendly, consistency was patchy though, at best.

Private pool was nice, though there are occasions where it is overlooked by passers-by.

The Balinese style house was beautiful, lots of bedrooms and beds, the pool was perfect for 3 teenage boys and adults to jump around in. Breakfast was yum. Staff were lovely and friendly. Location was perfect for activities we wanted to do.
