SpainHot water just for a few minutes and water pressure was quite soft and the bath didn’t hold the water properly so impossible to fill it for a bath. Bin outside the room wasn’t empty and after couple of days was a bit full which brought ants around.
Easy access to main roads, rooms with small fridge to storage a few items, water refill in the shared small kitchen. Room was ok and comfortable bed for a few nights.

the staff went out of their way to make it better, the swimming pool for the unit was un useable so they let us use the villa with own swimming pool but the toilet didn’t work so we just walked to unit . maybe due to covid the place has been let go .the staff did their best and the breakfast was great .

United Arab EmiratesFirst off all, I have booked small Villa with indoor kitchen and bed on upstairs, before even checking in staff told us to move to the other building room, I asked why they could not explain anything, after that we stayed the one we booked, room was dark not enough light, on top of that spiders all over you don’t feel safe sleeping there, and WiFi was not working at all, we needed internet since we are not locals with local data to use, and right after we asked the staff to relocate us where we can have internet and brighter room they said it’s not possible it’s all booked, then we simply asked them to refund the money we paid for the place, they reached out to their manager, and it was impossible as per them, then they found out they have available room what a coincidence, and we moved to building across the road with our luggages to the 3rd floor, room was small, I would say for one person only not for 2, out room was located right next to stairs, so whoever passed by we could hear, and pool had strange noise, we could not fully sleep and once we asked they replied that is how it works, and major thing is ANTS, when you think of couple of them it’s ok cause it’s not that harmful but finding 100s even more ants right next to your bed and on the bed that is another level, they were everywhere and sharing kitchen we had outside was mess you can not cook properly, when we wanted to, also washroom smells really bad, and on 31st of December right before NY staff asked us to move to 2nd floor, saying that our room was booked for NY a month back that we were not informed of in advance, we simply rejected at first then more staff members came and started to tell about same thing, after having conversation of 30 mins we said ok to that and started to pack and shift our staff to 2nd floor on the evening of 31st close to NY Crazy, photos attached below

Amazing staff. It was my boyfriends birthday and they put together this really cute breakfast with a candle. I could reach them basically 24/7 via text. Private swimming pool, air con, little kitchen area.
