is more run down than it used to be, maintenance issues are common - you get a glimpse of what it was like before Covid, but its not that any more (same as a lot of places in Bali - they took a big knock in Covid) (but then again, you are not paying premium prices for this as you would if it was still in premium condition, so its great value for money) the concerete shell of the unfinished Marriot hotel unfortunately also looms over it.

You get what you pay for - the staff was great! For the price it was basic, of course. The pool was great & the VIEW was excellent. The LOCATION & so close to Mushroom beach & other beaches, etc, to swim, eat at resort restaurants, etc. Room good enough to just to, shower, change, etc. Clean. The room & bathroom are big. The air-con was GREAT! Sheets seemed clean. The shower was hot, toilet worked. Enough lights & outlets. Wardrobe???? Big bed & bit squeaky, but okay!! The included breaky was more of a taster & a drink, but good cup of tea. No fruit. Plenty of warungs just up the street. You wont starve! The gardens are lovely. Enjoy!!

There seemed to be a shortage of towels and the rooms could do with a deep clean (under beds etc). Also the listing said it has toiletries but our two rooms only had soap. Like many island places there is no hot water for shower and navigating the wildlife is part of the adventure I don’t really enjoy but that’s at many places in and around Bali.

Amazing location near restaurants, spas and a short walk to secret beach and mushroom bay. Theres a great pool. The view is beautiful and the staff very helpful.

The aircon was hard to work and wasn't brilliant. The shower room drain wasn't great so it did flood every time we showered. It was still a decent shower and great size room through so it didn't detract from our stay. We found the food to be fairly poor, so we ventured to the next hotel where the food (and pool area) was much better.

The room was great in size, having its own dressing area and a large showeroom. There was also a TV which was a really nice touch and a terrace to sit on. The pool was small but sufficient and there was direct access to the beach. Not a swimming beach, but brilliant for sunsets and shell finding!

The whole place is pretty run down. Only one member of staff could speak extremely limited English, so communication was challenging. The beautiful pool was cloudy one day and then the next day filled with so many floaters I did not even dare get in it. To say breakfast is included, is a big stretch, it is a cup of tea with a piece of toast. The wifi does not reach the rooms. All this being said, I can hardly complain given the price and location.

Location and price can’t be beat. Lovely infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Staff were sweet. Bungalows were very nice and spacious.

The location location location, waterfront! Best at high tide! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! Close to sandy beaches. Breakfast:- toast and tea of coffee! We got this place for great price!

There was no wifi in my room, I had to use my mobile data for a job interview as there wasn't anywhere I could sit in the wifi area near the foyer. There were constant construction noises during the day and breakfast was kind of average.

Staff were amazing, Eka and the crew looked after me and made me feel immediately welcome. I loved the location, the pool and the secret beach nearby were wonderful places to relax and enjoy the sun.
