It's really good value for money. It is an awesome location and the best Long Island Ice Tea I ever had. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, and we will most definitely stay there again. I definitely prefer the location of the hotel compared to other areas

They don't seem to know how to actually toast bread for American breakfast. Comes out like warm bread. Seems to be the Bali way. But it was decent overall. Bathrooms need some attention but it's clean...just cracked tiles. Beware bathroom floor can be slippery!

Lovely Outlook from the Beachfront /Oceanview hut. Spend a bit extra to get the lovely view. Hired bike from accomodation $100k IRD /$11ish nzd per day. Easy walk to eateries and stunning mushroom bay

The perfect spot to enjoy lembongan. Super friendly and welcoming staff, always here to help you find what you’re looking for. The bedroom is just perfect and we slept like babies. The property is clean and charming with a stunning view on the sea.

Being charged for water in fridge. No welcome cool drink. Landing on beach. No PowerPoint near bed. Air con not cold enough & nil done when questioned. Ensure you allow hotel to book your boat trip (they offered) as need them to collect you from the beach - No jetty for mushroom bay.

Beautiful grounds, view excellent, huts decorated & outdoor bathroom with its waterfall shower.

Out of the way from restaurants, not super easy ways to get around, quite expensive to get rides through them. Breakfast wasn’t the best, you got quite a bit, but it didn’t taste the best and lots of flies. The coffee was terrible. Lots of animals - frogs, geckos, and birds. VERY noisy at night. The tiles in the pool were sharp and cut two of us badly. They were working on building a new massage area or adding it, and we found nails in the one pool.. Found lots of animal poo in our rooms, geckos, bird poo. Our one hut smelled like cigarettes, and one hut smelled like mildew

The huts are comfortable, no tv in our room, but did have an ocean view. Be careful of the steps to access the outside bathroom and the front deck. No handrails to either, not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue.

Beautiful location, 2 pools, one overlooking the ocean. Activities organised from reception, just hop on the boat out front for snorkeling and fishing. Staff very friendly and lovely gardens. Good value for money with our breakfast included, restaurant very reasonable priced. Mushroom beach a very short walk with lovely restaurants and beach for swimming.

A great location looking over the ocean. Lovely villas set in beautiful gardens, very laid back, two pools. Staff especially the Manager were charming and helpful. Easy location to walk to many restaurants in Mushroom Bay Area.

What a fabulous, well run resort. We had the best time languishing poolside for the week. Beautiful well kept gardens, friendly staff, 2 pools to choose from. Meals available were simple, tasty and fresh. We will be return..
