    There was an issue at check in and there are no staff available on site. The WhatsApp line never answered calls and would take hours to respond to messages. We were provided a key for a dirty room after being shown a clean room and were told someone would bring towels and they never returned. Overall, check in took hours to settle out and they expected we stay on site until it was solved. We won’t be coming back to Bemo Corner. Another traveler was sleeping in the main room on a bench when we arrived stating he had a room but they wouldn’t answer his calls. It was after 11pm and he was stuck with all of his bags in the lobby due to their lack of responsiveness and staffing. The place was empty from other travelers and I would not have felt comfortable staying there on my own as I’ve done in the past.

    The location is great, which is why I’ve stayed here a handful of times since 2018.

    Minutes after booking my room, which I had to book for the same day as the other hotel I had booked previously didn't have my reservation, they sent me to another accommodation.

    I didn't have to pay in advanced, as they sent me to another hotel!
