Noise from other neighbours as there are 10 villas in the complex. Fridge didn't get very cold. No toaster, so we purchased one.

We loved the pool and the large bedrooms and bathrooms. Air-conditioning was awesome.

There were many insects and flys that would come in to the bathroom More insect control would be amazing.

The location was good, close to everything. House keeping would come very often when it came to cleaning. There was no issues

But the villa itself will need some upgrade, some doors and kitchen cabinet need to be fixed, kitchen appliances need to be replaced too.

The location is perfect, plenty of parking space, the staffs are very nice and helpful. Mini mart 1 min walk...spa next door and some cafe nearby.

The facilities are old and dilapidated, but functional if you are not picky. The kitchen's faucet is shaky but there is clean water if turned on; only one of the two stoves is working. There is no salt nor oil provided for cooking. We have to made do with the limited utensils and cutlery. But the necessity such as water is provided. There is a water dispenser with choices of hot, normal and cold water. The glass vase in the bathroom is chipped.

The landscaping of the villa is nice. The beds are clean. Like the fact that there is a private swimming pool within the villa which we can swim and enjoy after activities under the hot sun. Staffs are friendly.

The outside drainage system is blocked, resulting in a stench from the toilet in the two rooms downstairs, the smell is so disgusting that can't sleep. Fortunately, the staff resolved the problem properly.

The villa is spacious and comfortable, the room is also large, quiet area, close to many shops, good location. Fly in the ointment, staff try hard to keep clean.

There is no tooth brush n tooth paste. Bathroom floor a bit slippery. The shower and hairdryer in one of the bathtub doesn't work. the room door is hard to push

Villa 4 upstairs room leaked when raining and the downstairs villa needs its air conditioning checked at times it struggled to keep up

There was a strong musky smell as soon as I walked in. I had to air it out. It got so bad that I went to the supermarket to purchase deodorising room spray and also one of those nice smelly bags to hang on the air-conditioning. I ended up leaving the property very early in the morning before sunrise as I couldn't sleep from the smell in the room and the bathroom.

Outside of the property was great however the bedroom itself was not clean or aird out.

Everything was great including the staff. All so kind and lovely. The property was clean and the staff always made sure our stay was smooth. Our AC stopped working and after informing them they were quick to fix which was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s travelling with a big family. The pool was a great size the kids enjoyed. I give it a 10/10👌🏾

When we arrived to the villa, there were black feces on the kitchen floor. We think they belonged to mice or cockroaches. We saw cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom, a lizard under our bed. We could not accommodate with peace.

The location was approximately 8 minutes walking distance from the main street (if you manage to walk accompanied by barking dogs). The pool looks beautiful.
