The furniture was a bit too old for a five star hotel and also the bathroom not the cleanest and not the best equiped and something worth to be mentioned would be a big rat running around the pool ~ nobody s fault since this area is somehow located in the middle of the nature/jungle, but still very unpleseant.

Very good location, near the airport and close to the beach and to the local market and also breakfast had a variety of choices and also the sea view was nice.

Kids club is very lame small I think if they want to entertain more kids they need to upgrade this area to make it easier for parents. Breakfast is ordinary, but is acceptable for the price and location Pool is very deep so was having to tread water everywhere swimming but still awesome without kids 😂

Property is well kept clean. The staff are amazing. Everything is perfect for location and four mingling.At the bar found that to be awesome Kids, Pool was perfect Overall, it is a awesome hotel for the price Wicked gym that’s a major plus

Security on the ocean side of the complex allowing street sellers etc on to the premises to hassle us to buy or for massage, braids etc when we were trying to escape it by being at the resort. Perhaps management is unaware that this is happening but it was very frustrating. The room was dated and could have used some attention to detail considering the price. TVs outdated with limited channels and no ability to stream our subscription services.

Every staff member were beyond amazing particularly Fidel on entry security and Adi W our room cleaner. The grounds were kept immaculate by the hard working grounds staff every single day of our stay. They deserve more recognition. They were all so friendly. Problems with entry into our room was dealt with very promptly. Breakfast had a good variety and thank you for having Vegemite. The complex was very convenient weather we wanted to leave for the day or stay in. The pool was very well maintained with regular checks through out the day on water quality. Great location for everything we needed within walking distance.

The bar staff in the outside restaurant were not very attentive. It was not busy and there were a lot of wait staff working but we had to keep asking to be served or for menus.

Price of the room per night was great. Super friendly staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it’s Great location , beach access , lot of dining options , a nice swimming pool with a swim up bar and really friendly staff members . The staff at the pool , in the gym , restaurants , bars ….. everyone was friendly and positive . Great customer service ! The manager Jo was always interacting and assisting guests , Naomi and the reception staff were all very helpful and kind ! Chef Bobby and the restaurant staff made sure everyone had a wonderful start of the day with a lot of options and choices at the buffet breakfast . Thank you for a nice stay 🙏

Our room was meant to be a pool view but we had trees in the way and right at the front of the hotel so we had no view of the pool at all. When queried with reception, they advised they had no other rooms available (no fault to them). It was a little disappointing paying for a pool view and not receiving but it happens otherwise our stay was beautiful.

The alcohol in the swim up bar cocktails were very week. Considering they are more expensive than most hotels I would expect them to be liberal with the quantity. Other guests were complaining of the same thing. It was a sobering event to say the least.

The only problem was when we left the door to the patio open with the air conditioner going, it left moist on the floor, it was quite wet, slippery and very dangerous. We had to mop up the moist with towels, and I was surprised how dirty the floor was. We had to keep the door closed at all times at a certain temperature. The bathroom also needed attention, a few cracked tiles and also shower screen doors needed attention. But over all we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Discovery. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety and the hotel certainly catered for everyone. The staff were excellent. I absolutely loved the pool.

I booked the hotel for 4 guests/2 rooms well in advance with confirmation. when I reached the property they couldn't find my bookings and said I only had 1 room to my name. So, I showed them the confirmation e-mails and only then i could get both the rooms. But, because they were not prepared with my booking, they gave me 2 rooms which were very far away from each other with 15 rooms in between. this hampered our quality time with each other as we were all travelling together.

the breakfast spread was exceptional with great options to choose from. it was a multi-cuisine buffet served every morning with a distant view of the sea in front. the experience was exceptional.

Initially we had thhe worst room overlooking parking lot which supposed to be garden view. Room 1066.Room was also invested wuth cacroaches and lizard size of palm leaving behind tv. We stepped on couple geicos as well. Bathrooms on 1 and 5 floor old and moldy. Not good for the price we paid . Two entertainments conflicting, on 5 floor you could just have horrible noise. Not able to enjoy balcony. Management was told twice and did nothing about it. Changing rooms was also problematic, day manager not helpful at all. No beach access. BEACH FURTHER BY THE MALL AS WELL AS WATER DIRTY, NOBODY IS USING IT. I would not recommend it to my friends for the price they charge you can get better accomodation.

The pool is way to hot!! No refreshing dip here. There is Not enough shade around the pool. Sun loungers are old and plastic . Not 5* We had a pool view room located on the 3 floor. The rooms are dated, especially the bathroom! It’s in need of updating. The grout and silicone in bathroom all needs cleaning/fixing up. The Tv isn’t a smart tv. No streaming here. There is no coffee machine, basic sachet of Nescafé and creamer. The towels are no longer white, faded to grey. Happy hour only has a small discount and not on all cocktails or beer. Hotel could really improve on discount to guests.

The grounds are visually stunning, 5* Beautiful large resort pool with swim up bar. Breakfast and food are 5* Location 5* First impressions of hotel in arrival. 5* Check in was busy on arrival, welcome drinks were appreciated . The staff are super happy and helpful. 5/5 The pool view from the right wing of hotel is lovely.

Breakfast was great. ALL staff were superb. The pool area among the best we've ever come across. Location was more than adequate. Gardens were absolutely beautiful, and very well maintained. We had to shorten our stay and the hotel management authorised a refund of the unused days - very welcome.

We are very concerned about the pollution, litter and air quality in Bali. We understand that we as tourists contribute to this problem so anything we can do to help is important. Please don't use single use plastic wherever possible.

I have just returned from a weeks stay with my beautiful blind and diabetic friend. We can not commend the staff and resort higher. Every staff member were aware of my friends disability and were there to assist at the drop of a hat. We had a medical emergency which landed my friend in hospital, again, the staff were beyond helpful and supportive not only during the emergency but in the days following. Simply amazing, thankyou! As for the resort itself- breakfast, amazing, pool-beautiful and clean, very well kept, staff- soooo friendly and helpful, beds- western standards comfy, cleanliness- top notch, day spa- best massage I've ever had, location- on the edge of Kuta and well off the main road so nice and quiet but still walking distance to everything.

Oasis in the middle of the buzzing Kuta, great resort very family friendly for young kids. Staff is very helpful. Great entertainment we went there during Chinese new year and the hotel was lifted with red lanterns.
