The stairs and split levels. It was hard with kids. I didn’t know it had 3 levels. I thought the bedrooms were all on the second level. Which made sleeping arrangements really hard

The wifi was not good and our room entrance was located right next to the reception. We had to use data even when in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are old, we first arrived the bed and towels all looked old and didn't feel very clean at all. We requested to change and they were able to provide much newer and cleaner towels and bedding. Lots of ants in the bathroom but that can't be help as there is a little outdoor covered bathtub connected to the bathroom but no ants in the room.

Service is not upto the mark,we have daily call for keeping towels after room cleaning Villa pool is not clean or maintained,no one came to clean pool after requesting also Breakfast is too boring First floor room is too big to get cooling of its installed AC and littrally it’s horrible to sleep with sweating although you keep temperature lowest Plus ground living room with pool don’t have AC but only fan

Pool was a bit cold which I didnt mind but not suited to my daughter.. lol, because it didn’t get any sun during the day. Air con was great.

Great property. Lovely room and facilities. Staff were great. Highly recommend. We only stayed for one night but that night was great after our flight. Lots of good restaurants around especially the Irish pub across the road :) Shared pool out the front was lovely too.

I could not find the light switches to turn off the lights in the bedroom so i had to pull the plug on the lamps and sleep with the bathroom light left on. There was hair on the bed down stairs so it was not cleaned properly and I had a massage through the hotel which was more of a light rub down, they arrived late and didnt have change so I had to pay more. The breakfast was late even though they asked me what time it was meant to come and when i got it, it was cold. The pool outside has water fountains and not very inviting as it was too noisy.

The bed in the room upstairs was super comfy and the layout of the room was excellent. The pool downstairs was a little chilly but absolutely wonderful. The room service is super quick. The gardens were beautiful and the staff were lovely.

The rooms are just amazing with private plunge pools and large comfortable beds in air conditioned rooms. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and Discovery Mall. Staff were friendly and helpful

The cat poo around the pool, and no door to close off to the private pool in our villa for our youngest not to get in by himself.

Our villa private pool was in shade most of the day so was too cold to use!

The villa we had was so nice with an outdoor kitchen area and an outdoor pool. There’s also the sweetest cat who lives in the complex! Her name is Alexa and we loved having her around! The staff were all so friendly and always on hand to help with anything you needed. The main hotel pool was lovely also, gets sun mostly all day and was warm enough to swim in!
