I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Escape Bajo; it offers excellent value. The view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were extremely helpful, and the food was delicious, complete with a welcome drink and a delightful breakfast. The coffee was exceptional—the best I've ever tasted, likely made from special beans. We intended to book another stay after our boat trip, but it was fully booked.

It's up a hill, which might turn some people off, but we managed it just fine with the kids and even carrying a case of Bintang (for the week ahead.) ;)

Our family of 4 stayed for one night and we enjoyed our time at this charming hotel. It's set up on a hill and the sunset view from their cafe, and some of the rooms, is wonderful. Our 2 rooms (1 & 3) were clean, spacious and comfortable. (Room 3 is downstairs and the view is not as good.) They offered breakfast but we had to leave earlier than planned so only had a take away coffee, which was good. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

All of their beers and smoothies had ‘sold out’ both visits which was a little frustrating and the food wasn’t amazing.

Incredible view and sunset from our room and all of the dining/lounging areas! Very good value for money.

The foods were nice but not the best (tried a few dishes on different visits:) Could be improved, maybe more options? Nevertheless, I will be back. Had a great time!

The room is relatively big with height ceiling and abundance of natural light during the day. The facilities were clean, well designed, and the bathroom is spacious too. My favourite was the balcony! A great one to watch the sunset over the sea. Another highlight is the super friendly and helpful staff. You'd also love the cafe. It has a great atmosphere and view. Huge window, balcony seats, and awesome view. Perfect for a slow relaxing day.

I stayed here twice so my review is already available. I forgot to mention that they provide towels and you can rent scooters. They are also very helpful if you want to book a tour (even not with them). Excellent service!!!! Thank you one again all of you

I liked everything

I loved staying here. The staff is so nice!!! Everyone is always so smiling and kind. The bed in the dorm was the biggest I have ever seen and was very comfortable. The sheets were clean and smelled nice. Bathroom always clean with soap and shampoo. The chocolate cake is amazing and the view to the harbour exceptional. You are 5 minutes away for shops and the center (by foot). It is also a quiet dorm. Very classy place and nice vibes.

Not a lot of space to put luggage in the room. An extra shelve or hangers on the wall would be convenient.

The staff is lovely. The bar&restaurant has a nice view over the bay. Beautiful to see the sunset from here. Food is tasty. It’s very close to the beginning of the main street with all bars&restaurants (5min walk). Good laundry service too! We had a good sleep, no street noise. It’s in a quiet area.
