Excellent service from Kadek and her family. Beautiful villas amidst lush tropical plants .. no words for the charming swimming pool, best we ever had! Basic kitchen with fridge.

The lack of air conditioning was an issue this time, because Penestanan was unusually hot and humid. In the cooler times of the year, it would probably not be a problem

The gardens are beautiful, and the breakfasts were generous. Host Kadek (and family) are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The location is great- close to Alchemy and Intuitive Flow yoga studios and lots of great cafes

Wonderful host Kadek, who was so helpful and accommodating. Lovely private room with my own patch of the absolutely beautiful gardens. A great location close to yoga studios with lots of very good cafes/restaurants with vegetarian and vegan options.

Swimming pool a good size and the bungalow was very private with its own garden. Great breakfast, generous portions, especially the fruit plate. Particularly liked the spicy rice porridge! Coffee was really tasty. Our host Kadek was charming, cheerful and helpful!

A great place for our family and we felt very welcome and at home. It is a little way to walk to the centre but as it turned out it was lovely to be able to escape from the noise into this little oasis. Great swimming pool and a beautiful garden. It has good places to eat nearby and a great breakfast.

A bit scary road to the hotel. You can't go there with a scooter, so you need to walk about 5 minutes from the parking along a very narrow path. Which is, to be honest, normal for the Ubud area

It's a nice hotel in 5 min from Ubud center with a scooter. But right next to the hotel there are plenty of nice plscrsy: a yoga school, a healthy store, a co-working, many of restaurants vegan and non-vegan. So I can definitely recommend this facility for solo travellers. I mean it's totally worth the money I paid for it

The bungalow is not super modern, but we found it only made it more charming.

We loved our stay here! From the beautiful surroundings (plants and flowers everywhere), amazing pool and very cozy bungalow, the real highlight is Kadek and her team who made us feel very welcome and gifted us a great vacation. Thank you Kadek!

The charm is the classic bungalow. If you want better than Ok bathroom and kitchen facilities, clinically modern and w/ AC and so forth choose something else. This is more authentic and laid back.

Beautiful classic bungalow. Private with own ‘botanical garden’ garden surrounding and short walk to nice pool. Close but not too close to the hectic Ubud center. Lovely walks to north. Nice and helpful host.

Be aware that to prevent mold in the house, there are holes (very aesthetic by the way) above each window, so all animals can be heard, including many croaking sounds at night. Bring your earplugs ! For the same reason, be careful with your bags : one of mine stayed for one week near the bathroom and was covered with mold after 7 days ! Normally it is a dry season but as the climate changes you've got surprises everywhere... About the location : close to the center by foot but it can be quiete dangerous to go by foot because of the traffic jam almost all day long. Try to find the small pedestrian streets which are quiete and nice (but not easy to find and sometimes you will have to go on the main street anyway...)

Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, omelette or pancakes with fried banana... Nice swimming-pool in a lovely garden with lots of plants so you almost don't see your neighbours and the other bungalows ! Not far from the street but very quiet. Kadek can suggest a driver if needed (even for pick up from the airport, for a reasonable price - 450 000 IR

Bungalows are in a natural setting, with lots of surrounding greenery and wildlife. On the outskirts of Ubud it’s a walk into town but it’s away from the rush of traffic. Kadek and her family are beautiful people and very helpful with any organising you need. I wish I booked longer to stay here, 3 nights was not enough

I stayed out of the main complex, which I hadn't done before. It is away from the main complex and pool but still very close by. I had hoped to stay in the main area but my room was fine where I stayed.

I had the fruit and it was lovely. It is exactly what I needed!
