- The accommodation is not located directly on the beach. - On the morning of the first day I couldn't find anyone to tell that I would like to rent the bike again.

- Quiet The property is located on a quiet side street and the rooms are not directly on the street. There is no street noise, no loud music, no chickens screaming at 4 a.m., and no mosque calling at 4:30 a.m.; In addition, the air conditioning runs quietly. - Comfortable bed - Extremely helpful A small screw had fallen out of my laptop. I contacted the Canadian manager (in the French speaking part) and explained my problem to him. Within three minutes he handed me the appropriate screwdriver with which I could securely reattach the screw. - Friendly - Excellent value for money - Bicycle for rent - Large refrigerator was in the room.

Couldn't see a sign so walked past the lane trying to find it which after travelling and the heat was frustrating. We didn't have data for maps. Sign on the place easy to miss too, look for poutine sign! Small hole in mozzie net in bathroom. Just niggles, we'd defo stay again.

Good sized modern room, very comfortable and well equipped. Large bathroom too. Very quiet, down a small lane but a couple of mins to the main street with the pier for boats avout 6.mins walk. Can then turn right for sunset beaches or left for good swimming. Perfect location, very friendly helpful hosts that speak good English. Booked a snorkel trip through them, excellent day out with a good company. Good wifi.

This place is such a gem! The room is so comfortable and spacious, the owners are so helpful with recommendations, tours, and planning for your next destination. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Gili Air!

Nothing really. A small pool would have been welcome but who needs a pool if the beach is only a few minutes away?

Located in a quiet street but very close to the main street the harbour and the beaches on the east side of Gili Air. The owners are very helpful and sweet, making you feel welcome and at home. Our rooms were very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate with ample choice. Both the AC and wifi worked brilliantly.

There wasn’t a pool and surrounds were ok but not as pleasant as could be.

Quiet room with a courtyard, not far from the Main Street and harbour. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals available at restaurant.

The fridge didn't work which was a bummer as I had picked up food from a restaurant on the other side of the island for breakfast. Bed not that comfy but on par with other places on the island. I personally like a blanket in addition to a sheet because I like the weight of something covering me but most places, here included, only provide a sheet.

The French speaking manager was very kind and helpful. Merci. Great value for a small island. Central location. I did not hear the morning call to prayer, but there is construction and kid noise in the morning. That is not at all unusual for Indonesia, and I slept better here than many other places. There was hot water and the big beach size towels were really nice. There's also a clothes rack and plenty of sun. The room is big, as is your private deck.

Almost nothing, because we have everything we need. The only what I regret its I should book more than 1 night :)

First we got Last Minute Price. So CHEAP. The staff and the owner were very helpful and respectful, nothing was too much for them. They taking care of my family and make sure we have all we need including our kids. The island itself isn’t large and we walked from the boat harbour to the property but you can also take a horse and carriage. The room itself was simple but comfortable with a ceiling fan and air conditioner. They also have a Canadian Restaurant and the breakfast Superb!!!! Very recommend for stay.

This place is great. I stayed here with my 3 children and the room was a great size. The beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The restaurant at the front is so yummy! We ate there numerous times. The guest house is close to the beach and walking distance to snorkelling. We most definitely will return.

Fredy and his wife were really great hosts. The room was clean, spacious and the location was good. Not far from the main street and the harbour (approx 5 mins of walking). The family also runs the restaurant, where they serve the canadian food. I definitely recommend this place.

We didn’t like that we only stayed five days!!!

Emma and Freddy were excellent hosts. always tending to us with a very personal touch. Very quiet and safe guest house on a small road with little foot traffic, mostly locals.
