There is nothing we didn't like, but for premium price we paid, the accommodation could have provided us with complimentary massage or even complimentary rides, which will encourage more tourists to stay at Balisani

It's ambience and the center location to wherever we wanted to go, was second to none. Staff were excellent. Few things we found could have been better was better breakfast options apart from sandwich.

Property is a bit run down and in need of renovation. The tv was tiny and didn’t work properly and no streaming service. Pool table didn’t have balls.

No facility for senior citizen. Elevator or winding path would have been helpful. This is the reason we couldn't stay in the top floor with sea view for which we originally booked and settled in basement room.

Food quality not great but there are several great small restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. Sadly our final day by the pool was spoilt by loud music from the bar for the benefit of 2 young guests. Seems they were trying to turn it into a rival for Finns...

Great value traditional style property with lovely pool which was peaceful and relaxing. Massage rooms overlooking the beach is a nice touch. Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful gardens and ponds created a lovely Bali experience.

Nothing in specific, but I wish the spa could extend its working hours. Most tourists have tours during the day, and it would be nice to have the option of a spa visit upon returning.

I liked the pool and the fact that you can use it (soak in it) while having some drinks/food at the pool bar. Staff very helpful and smiling. Spa was nice as well. and I really liked the building itself!

Breakfast was plentiful and well worth including, however I found the evening food wasn’t as tasty so opted to eat out.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk along the beach to the centre of Seminyak and close to most of the big beach clubs, if that’s your thing. Staff were very attentive and I felt comfortable as a solo traveller. Massages were also good. The hotel itself is traditional, which I personally liked. Rooms were large and had everything I needed.

The room could a bit too warm at times. The air conditioner leaked at one point and the technician had to repair it.

The scenic view captivated us and the traditional Bali architectural design of the hotel buildings was a sight to behold.

It’s in a position where there is only one way in and one way out and the traffic was just so so bad. Took us 40 mins to drive 2km. Just crazy! And the shower didn’t really work very well.

The only thing we could fault was the comfort of the bed and pillows, we found them to be quite hard but besides this everything was top notch :)

We loved this resort! the pool area was great and relaxing for those days you just wanted to unwind. Our room was a great size and had a very clean bathroom. The room service was also great, shout out to the Bolognese and Carbonara that we ordered 3 times because it was that delicious!

I have been staying at balisani many times Staff were terrific and good to see that there were still familiar faces especially at poop Bar towel pool guys and staff on floor at breakfast However there was a noticeable difference since COVID Some features in the room had been removed No bar fridge facility and no dressing gowns Breakfast was adequate but I think there was some cut back on options
