I dont like how they handle the check in, it was horrible, i book this hotel to check in at 2 oclock, guess what time i check in? 5.30, the reason behind it was the linen was laundrying outside the hotel, so they got traffic on the way to the hotel and i need to wait for it, which is none of my business, they act like i need to accept it and do nothing about it.. i was being super nice but the staff is lack of profesionalism, they offer absolutely nothing, at peast do something.... and they let us wait in the sofa until 5.30 like its a joke? We paid to come there its not like we get it for free?? And i need to check every 30 minutes if the room is ready or not.. and by the time the room is ready, im the one who check it in the receptionist! They dont even get their self in a hurry to tell me my room is ready.. This is what i experience.. and I DONT EVEN SHOUT OR COMPLAIN THERE, but u guys need some work and know that ur staff is careless.. if u are in my position i guarantee u will get so upset.. they rob 3,5 hours from you and give you nothing.. not even a water..

It was a little more isolated than I expected. Also Grab taxi service wasn't great.

Beautiful location with a good view. Large comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. There wasn't a restaurant which I don't mind as there were a couple of places a few hundred metres down the road which were cheap but good. A restaurant at the hotel would have been nice as the heavens simply poured down on the evening we arrived.

The safe deposit box was not working. The water pressure was not high enough (although tolerable).

Room fitures and fittings quite dated but room was clean. The bathroom and shower in particular need some attention. The shower was not hot and was in need of a deep clean.

Convenient location close to the airport, perfect for a late night arrival. Room was compact but had everything we needed for a short stay. Convenience store located directly across the road which was open all night. Plenty of breakfast options provided. Rooftop pool and bar looked great. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to make use of it.

The bathroom is nice but not very practical, in my opinion. For example, shower gel and shampoo were located in a weird angle where you'd just spill it all on the floor. When you need to shower, you do it in the bathtub. There's no curtains so water just spills on the floor. Bathtub worked fine though! Glad we only stayed 4 hours because we could smell cigarette smoke from the previous guest. Room itself wasn't as clean as to what we were used to. Stains on the sofa chair, marks in the bathroom, etc. Overall still pleasant!

Check-in went well. Staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We stayed there only 4 hours as I had booked a room only between 2 transit flights. Proximity with the airport is great. 5-10 minutes by car. Because I had asked, staff recommended a souvenir store that's 2 minutes walk from the hotel, super!! The store itself was huge and you could find anything you'd usually see anywhere in street shops, souvenir shops, etc etc... Lots of variety. Room was spacious. Hotel looked elegant.

The rooms were not so sound proof, we can loudly hear both rooms' TV sound and even the neighbors' conversations. I honestly didn't get a good sleep because the beddings were a bit dusty as well.

The location of the hotel is strategic, very near the airport and so it was one of the reasons I booked here during especially during the traffic holidays in Bali.

The A/C wasn’t working properly but the hotel informed us right away and gave us the option to change hotels (we chose not to in the end) so that’s really more of a plus for them haha

great location close to the airport, 24hour check in as we came in at 2am, clean and lovely room, rooftop pool was amazing in the morning, great pancakes at breakfast

Premium room was not available, rather than partial refund they offered food credit. Most of the hotel was closed although they are still selling premium rooms and only offering standards rooms Spa closed. Hot water not working. Really sad because have stayed here before and it was excellent. Understand things go wrong but they need to be honest upfront.

The staff were trying their hardest in a bad situation. The pool was nice.

Stayed overnight after our flight from Sydney. We had booked a airport pick up through the hotel. Even though we were over 2 hrs delayed, the driver arranged by the hotel was still there and was a sight for sore eyes as we were beyond exhausted. The hotel itself was really good and so very economical. Really comfy bed and really fantastic buffet breakfast. The shower area in the bathroom a little dated but the room itself was very clean.
