Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

no lift, so if you bring big luggage, it will be challenging to bring upstairs. reception is not 24 hours, thus a bit challenging when you have check in early in the morning.
staffs are very helpfull & friendly. location is good. it is good for short stay with small luggage ☺️ breakfast menu is changed everyday.

The rooms weren't 100％ clean. Not too bad, but not perfect. Also the towels were smelly/musty. But still very good value for money.

No personal water, collect from communal water station. All the towels looks like rags. The steps in stairs are too steep

Big giant ants that all of sudden comes out of nowhere 😅 I guess its the downside of staying at a green place.
I like the cleanliness, the bed, the AC, the fact that they have cafe downstairs also the meeting room, so its easy to have business meeting while staying for business trip there. Everything works perfectly!

Breakfast, but with this budget, it's alright! Hehe.
The room is spacious and clean, love the view and interior, the staff are nice, there is a real-coffee shop on the 2nd floor. The place is close to UNDIP but a little bit too far away from the city.

Actually the facilities are good but they are not well maintained. Like TV in my room was not working, parking are is very limited, and the location is in residential area, far from public facilities. the spring bed was too hard since I book double Bed but the twin bed was ok...the Door of the shower keep bang when we closed. the amenities of the room was lack of some items such as tissue, soap ,...The pillow was so thin not puffy enough...the double bed room was smaller than the twin bed room....the view from the window was not good. the parking also so narrow, when we need to get out, the staff still have to call the owner of the car to park the car...so uncomfortable...also we didn't see any Security Guard to guide our car when parking.
the only thing I like from the guest house is the restaurant , cause it's semi outdoor and the view at the top quite good. the taste of the food also good. the Coffee is good with coffee machine.
