It was a bit of a hike to go to the beach but that was me because I have trouble climbing stairs. We found the restaurant menu not very wide, we would’ve liked more options. Although every meal and breakfast were amazing and full of flavour.

The professionalism, care and kindness of all the staff. The views were amazing. Villas were exceptionally clean and totally comfortable. Highly recommend the Kalandara resort. Pande and Wina showed so much empathy when I wanted a room closer to the lift. They sorted it out so quickly and efficiently. They were awesome!

During a shfit, the receptionist was just less competent. He booked our spa appointment with wrong details. Another minor issue was related to our in-room dining, where the staff didn't pick up the dishes from our front door until the next day.

I think this resort offers good value for its price. It's located near to a beach. It has spacious rooms with private swimming pools and really nice breakfast. The staff were also generally very helpful and kind.

They have buggy from room to everywhere in hotel which has wooden seats . That is pretty hard to sit on , but it was only for 5 min max to any place within resort, so not a big issue

Note:- The best property in lombok Everything , from service to food to hospitality. They were just wow in everything . They have less variety for vegetaran and yet they able to improvise whenever we ask them for veg recipes . Simply wow . Their rooms are pretty big and private pool is even cool with infinity view of an ocean along . Stayed here for 5 nights, wish I could stay here longer .

Not a 'dislike' but just a bit awkward; Ordering our breakfast for the following day, at check-in, felt a little weird. I ordered what I felt like eating for lunch that day, haha. Fortunately, at breaky time, the next day, they considered my request to change my order.

We loved our stay. Everything was fabulous. It was only 1 night, for a special occasion. It was worth the splurge, although I wish we could have stayed longer, to really make the most of the space. The room had everything we needed; we liked the little extra touches & the quality of the amenities. Everything was sparkling clean. There was plenty of hot water for bathtubs. Breakfast was yummy & so much food! Our 4yo stayed 'for free' in the room with us (my request for a cot was ignored, but that's fine; the bed was huge). This didn't include breakfast for her (fortunately, the breakfast spread was plenty to share amongst the 3 of us). We stayed on a few hours after checking out to enjoy the shared pool & restaurant. If you're umming & ahhing; just go for it; book it; you'll love it!

The sunset view from our villa was amazing. The entire place and the pools were very clean. As we are vegetarians, the daily ala carte breakfast (chosen by us the day before from an extensive choice of mains) made by the chefs were very delicious. Mains were always prepared with a palette of colours from different seasonal fruits and pastries, to the excellent cappuccinos that were served. The managers and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfy too. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Husband got stung by a bee while sleeping. Found multiple dead bees too in the bedroom. Didnt find the Aircon strong enough for my liking.

Our aircond room not functioning well. We complain they come and repair but still the same. we decide to open the sliding door at night. Owh another’s thing no beach from this resort u have to walk down hills go the beach Sengigi cross the road.

very nice resort the view, the location in Sengigi. I love the private pool concept. the room is very big and open concept shower . the lift is very nice and really good experience for us. So windy during day and night time since it’s up hills. You will feel relaxing and nice to rest. we have tried the SPA , cost us 600k+ IDR for 90mins. Breakfast was simple , they will take the order A day before coffee & juice . breadbasket & fruits . So u have to choose 1 main course on top of the complementary. Overall is a must place to try!! I recommend 100

Greeted by a staff now we dearly missed, Wulan who has made us feel like a VVIP guest. The resort view and amenities were exceptional! We ended up cancelling our itinerary just so that we could enjoy winding down in the room. BEST DESIGN, VIEWS AND AMBIENCE.

In case you want dinner outside of the resort. A taxi/Gojek/Grab is most of the time required, but the roads are so calm. You’ll be somewhere within just 15 minutes! The breakfast was very nice on the Friday only in our experience and should be served like this every day. Take note when taking the most beautiful elevator up or down. It can take a little long while waiting to get it. The view pays off!

This place was incredible! We arrived in one of the most beautiful accommodations ever! The view was amazing. Outside of the room there was plenty of space to hangout. Great beds at the pool. Nice place where breakfast was served. It was also very calm. Not many people. At least we didn’t see many of them. Within the first few hours we unfortunately had a bad experience with some monkeys on top of the hill near our apartment. Within half an hour we could switch to a room in the middle of the resort. We never saw a monkey again. I mean, we all want to feel safe when staying somewhere and the lovely staff helped us with that immediately. By changing rooms, helping with the luggage and escorting us to our apartment. Via WhatsApp we could provide our breakfast options. When we forgot to do so, they greeted us by name when coming back to the resort after activities of dinner outside and they helped us reminding of it. We would like to thank the entire staff for making our stay at this resort more than wonderful! Especially Mrs. Wulan! We are sure coming back here whenever we are staying in Lombok again. Beautiful and amazing villa. Just like the photos - Maybe even better. Staff are lovely. Room service amazing. Private pool is just wonderful. Just what we needed after a hectic week in Singapore. The villa was so nice that we actually didn’t leave the complex for the 4 nights that we stayed there! Perfect place to unwind and relax. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

The breakfast options should be improved as in quality and variety. I served at dinner a beef T-Bone steak and it was very dissapointing. The quantity and quality of the meat was very less. Also please remove the room soundproof statement from the description because it's really not the case. The room Villas has no good closing system for bathroom or room in order to eliminate every sound from the wind or from the mosque near(every morning at 5 am). Unfortunately we could feel wind current in the room because the gliding doors are not very well isolated(big space between the gliding doors) and considering the location on the hill near the coast is quite imposibile not to hear and fell the wind. You can request earplugs from reception. The umbrellas from the resting beds near the main pool should be mobile because the sun is always coming from the sea and there is no possibility to create shade in the middle of the day. ***Unfortunately the beaches on the west coast are all full of plastic pollution, as we checked live. From Kalandara you can visit the North side of Lombok for Senaru Traditional Village and Sedang Gile Waterfall (these are amazing).

The facilities, the views and the amazing staff. The fish options for lunch or dinner are very good and tasty. Sangria rose is the best here. The wine options are enough but can be expanded. The room service menu and ordering integrated on the Xiaomi TV is very nice and gives a modern touch.

The breakfast and also the food at the restaurant generally was okay, but nothing to shout about. If they could just improve on their food quality then everything would be perfect.

We loved everything about it! The room was clean, the view was perfect, the elevator was fun to ride on, interior was amazing, facilities were great and staff was exceptionally accommodating. We stayed for 4 nights and throroughly enjoyed our time here.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and there are so many things I absolutely loved about it! First and foremost, the hotel is impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. It's clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a pristine environment for guests. The view from the hotel is nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning vista was a true highlight of my stay. Speaking of the staff, their service was top-notch. The team was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. AZIZ and Nanas were absolute stars, caring and attentive for anything I needed during my stay. The entire team organised surprise for my birthday, I felt absolutely amazing. One of the best things about this place is its tranquility and peace. It's the ideal location for a mental and physical reset. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I had the opportunity to experience one of the spa treatments, and it was absolutely amazing. However, it was so popular that I couldn't secure another appointment during my stay. Perhaps the hotel could consider hiring more spa staff or even offering room service massages to accommodate more guests. Don't miss the sunset at the main pool – it's truly a breathtaking sight. The live band added a fantastic ambiance to the evening, making it even more memorable. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a remarkable experience, and I can't wait to return.

The calls to prayer from the local mosque were interesting but also a little intrusive at first and the mosque played music all day on Saturday so its a good day to do activities elsewhere on the island.

Gorgeous property with an exceptional staff. The food was decent and the spa services were also decent. The front desk was very responsive and accommodating in assisting my wife and I with scheduling activities and transportation. Would recommend!
