We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaReally noisy in family room pretty much in Melasti St. so traffic noise is bad till late at night. Happy hour at different bars so hard to keep up with, can pay full price while sitting at bar next door and it’s half the price.
Breakfast is great that’s about it.

AustraliaOverpriced in my opinion. Our room was ok but a bit dated and shower was small. No inclusions unless we asked eg Toothbrushes. Beds were firm. Wall sockets loose & hard to keep devices plugged into, pool towels were a bit thin & scrappy/could do with new ones especially for the room rate per nite.
The staff were lovely especially the porter who escorted us to our room, beautiful pools (loved the family/Frangipani pool) , loved the breakfast area and staff there also. Great location.

TaiwanThe soundproofing of the room is not the best. And as expected, there're quite some mosquitoes. The hotel is considerate enough to provide each room with a repellent, but mosquitoes can still get into the room. Another concerning matter is the humidity in the room. After returning to the room each day when it's freshly arranged, the sheets and fabrics all seem to be slightly soaked, which we weren't quite sure the reasons.
Excellent breakfast in a scenic buffet where guests can see Legian beach whilst enjoying their meal. The choices in the buffet include some standard ones such as bread, bacon, and poached eggs, some Asian flavors like buns and dim sum, and most importantly some local Balinese cuisines and fresh fruit. The waiters are all friendly and helpful, as are the musicians at the entrance of the restaurant who play traditional music that adds up to the vibe.

AustraliaWe stayed in a pool villa, the rooms are getting a little tired and the pool is looking a bit worse for wear. There was no toiletries in the bathroom, even after requesting for some. The coffee machine came with only 2 pods per day. The breakfast was amazing, but trying to get service for a tea or coffee was near impossible.
The location off the hotel is perfect, right on the beach and near lots off restaurants and shopping. The breakfasts were amazing lots off different variety everyday.

United KingdomRoom wasn’t anything like the pictures. Upgraded to a deluxe garden suite for a fair bit extra and wasn’t that impressive compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Also room wasn’t that clean. Few of the surfaces needed a wipe down.
Location excellent, the local food restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast decent.

AustraliaManagement was a little penny pinching and chased you for return of pool towels which were all number against your rooms and liable for if not returned daily. Also be careful with the minibar and record what you used and what is in there when you get your room -as we didn’t not have any drinks from their tiny fridge but had to pay $8aud for a Bintang
Gardens and location was beautiful. Everyone said hello to you and were friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

AustraliaOn our arrival a person was yelling abuse using foul language and threatening there partner. I was very scared and called security twice.i told the hotel I wanted to move rooms. The hotel did not call or check to see if we were ok. It was very unsettling and it took two days for me to settle.

The breakfast menu was fantastic, everything you can imagine, smorgasbord style with all the delicious choices possible presented beautifully. The cabins dotted the huge property. They were very private.
