Cold showers There was some maintenance that needed doing but for the price it was good enough, the staff did explain that since covid-19 they haven’t made as much money and therefore haven’t been able to afford all the maintenance work they need but to be honest it wasn’t a big deal, it was still a nice stay

Comfy clean beds. Aircon. Lift. Little kitchen which was handy (microwave, kettle etc). A nice chill out area. Roof top bar was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is one way access in the middle of kuta road, so it’s a bit annoying if you drive around the area.

Only comment would be the blinds on the bed would be better if blackout. Once the lights on you can see straight in so a bit awkward.

The room's door makes loud sound whenever it's being shut, so a light sleeper like me would easily be awake by it 😅

The location is perfect as well as the facilities at this hostel! Didn't really get to experience the so called hostel's life -meeting and got to share travelling experiences with other travellers- but I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm back to Bali 🫶

Some parts are broken like the shower room can't be locked properly. The rack for shoes are dirty. The shower room is too small. Definitely need routine maintenance.

No hot water, the electricity switched off twice and the wifi network doesn't seem safe , I couldn't connect on my work laptop as I've always received a warning which rarely happens,so I had to use my data for work stuff. And in the rooms It gets so damn cold, I had to wear socks to survive the night, and there is no remote in the rooms to change the temperature ,but overall I had a pleasent stay!

Great location, in Kuta's busiest road,comfy beds, lots of charging outlets next to your bed, it even had a place to put your laptop so you could work from your bed and very helpful staff♥️

Shower room has a weird smell and you aren’t able to choose which floor you stay on in booking, which is a bummer with the elevator out of order.

Two pillows and a nice blanket!! Slept so peacefully and I really liked the locker and room set up.

The door is a little bit noisy. The toilet is dim, and I hope It can be brighter. And more importantly, the shower water is not hot enough, and it is not even warm.

The bed space design is good. The shared living room is huge and comfortable.

Friendly, helpful staff and good located. We had a nice time and met great people there. You can sit outside or in the common area together. There is always somebody at the reception who will help you. The kitchen is nice, for example, to provide breakfast and they offer tea and coffee for free. Would definitely recommend it and come back.
