Rooms were not sound proofed, the walls were not in great condition either. the washroom lacked a shaver plug point or a hair dryer. there was no jet spray in the toilet, but the staff gave us a different room which had one.

Very very strategic location, 3 mins walk from Yoga Barn and Pison Coffee, 1 min from Tukies. I got a great view of paddy fields, and the rooms are well maintained. Although the water heater is powered by solar, sometimes at night time there's limited hot water.

Our double bed was two twin beds pushed together so there was a slightly uncomfortable space in the middle of the bed. There was only one outlet in the room.

very low water pressure, the shower came out as a trickle and the water never got hot.

the location is great and centrally located. the staff is wonderful. the beds are comfortable, rooms spacious, beautiful views of the rice terraces.

The bathroom was not pleasant. Only weak water pressure in the shower and only cold water. Toilet seat was located partly under the sink.

This place is in a great location! clean air conditioned room . Lovely coffee shop attached . I wasn’t sure what to expect for this price. I was pleasantly suprised. I’m a writer and solo traveler . This was perfect for that . They also had a great parking area for my scooter . my room overlooked rice fields it was awesome . You can hear some traffic but at night it’s a minimum .

beding and bathroom are dirty, window facing the busy road , noisy and no view, hot water not working, room very small, there are construction downstair, i check out in the morning immediately. hope they better now about the construction. same money you can get a place not face the road and with nature and have hot water in other place. I check in around 11pm, took me very long time to find the staff, so you better check in early.

location is nice, the lobby is face rice view, the staff help me with suitcase which is very nice of her.

make sure to bring an extension cord as there is only one socket, also an adapter as their sockets are Type c/f. Also bring soap shampoo and conditioner as they dont provide one 😂 but not to worry as there are plenty of shops around the area. The toilet is nice, but smelly 😅

I like the location as it is within the city center. The room is cleaned everyday, so thats great. The people are very friendly and helpful as well. i love their lounge as there is a beautiful scenery of the rice fields
