We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beachside pool was lively. The food prepared by Chef Eddie and lovely and staff very friendly. Afternoon complimentary drinks and snacks was a lovely touch. Great location especially if you are not wanting to hire bikes.

AustraliaFood and beverages weren't great. We had free breakfast included in our booking and didn't really enjoy it even when we got an indo-breakfast which I found surprising. Cocktails were little disappointing also. Bathroom had poor design compared to the room, shower was often cold with no hot water and lacked water pressure. Great place overall to stay if bathroom isn't issue for you but we went elsewhere everyday for food and beverages. Pool was consistently filled with drunk bogans.
Nice "beach hut" I guess you could call it. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and we were lucky enough to have closest room to the beach allowing us to hear the calm waves crash on the sand all night and could see the water slightly from our window. Good resort but definitely has more potential. Pool was great and view of the ocean and Mt Batur volcano was stunning.

United KingdomBeautiful place, bar, food, pool and beach all in one. Room was spacious and clean with plenty of storage. Bathroom was big as well. Plenty of places near by to eat in. Ate here and the food was really nice, breakfast was nice. You can hire scooters from the hotel too which was easy and cheap.

South AfricaThe shower pressure was not great, and there was limited hot water. The taxes made the food and beverages pricey compared to what was available just down the street. The entrance leaves a lot to be desired and is deceiving. The reception desk is not near the entrance.
The location was incredible on the beach and a short walk to the main road. The lounge area was lovely and really relaxing. We would stay here again
