We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaFlies were constant when food was being served. That was on machine to trap them that I could see. Would need to have at least three more to control them.
Super comfy bed. Staff were always smiling and friendly. Made a friend there too. Very relaxed vibe. There was no issues with me not being muslim and there were no dirty looks. I felt like I was among friends and family. Classic Indonesian hospitality.

- spacious bedroom - clean and fresh white linens especially bed sheet and towels - big comfy bed and pillows - fast check in/out - breakfast variety, but wish they add more croissant as it always runs out - close with Jatim Park attractions - the hotel gave us connecting room even without our special request, made my daughter happy since she can always come to her grandparents' next door :)

SingaporeNothing much except that we could hear the muezzin pretty well from our bedroom. The hotel is at the entrance of Malang with was a selection criterion for us as we didn't want to drive our motorbike in mid-town (Not a negative point for us but listing it in case it is for others).
Friendly staff who took the initiative to make us pack a breakfast for our early trip to Mount Bromo as we left around 00:30 and would not have breakfast there. Hotel was also modern and our room was big and clean.

IndonesiaStaffs are kind and friendly, though I feel like they need further training. Whenever I ask the team to charge the additional meals/items to my room, they'd come to me back and forth asking this and that (first whether they can charge my room, second asking for my room number, third asking for my signature - all these could be done in one go?) which was quite annoying. In the end my additional purchase wasn't recorded in the system so checking out took unnecessarily longer. I could've just walked out without paying for my items but that wouldn't be right, so please watch this.
Hotel is relatively new (they've just renovated it) so things are clean and neat. The pool is empty and beautiful at night, good for those who enjoy swimming at night...though it's shallow. Room is bigger than some hotels in town too.

GermanyVery loud outside (many mosques near the hotel) and inside (many people running around). The breakfast has not many european options, in the restaurant only one vegetarian option. You can‘t open the window and don‘t have a balcony.
