Value for money. Staff, manager, chef all are friendly and helpful. Always welcoming with good manners. Breakfast is superb. The best to stay with sunset view. Will looking forward to stay again at this hotel for my next honeymoon trip.

The food was very poor and the service was quite ok. There was an extremely noisy Beach Club. It was like a children's playground, not for the adults to relax. Horrible noisy music until 22.00pm.

Far from the airport we spend 1,5 hours in taxi, as we been stacked in traffic jam Not all the employees speak English, but in them way everyone tried them best to be kind and helpful. There is anything around by walking distance a bit isolated

Everything was good. Since we arrived as the check in was smooth, room clean, swim pool clean, buffet breakfast with many options and espresso Bali caffe excellent. Also, we tried the Spa and I had the best massage of my life. I will said everything was perfect!

What a great place to be in. The view from all around the hotel - the rooms, the restaurant, pool, gym etc is just magnificent. Restaurant is great and not overpriced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though there was a renovation at the spa, we didn't really feel it that much. The beach club also works really nice, food is tasty although a bit more expensive than up in the regular restaurant.

The rooms were outstanding with a beautiful view from the bed and a very well presented bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were the only people there. The pool was perfect as was the food. I couldn't recommend this place more. On top of our stay here we booked an 8 hour private snorkelling trip to the gili islands through the hotel. They were so accommodating even though we booked it at the last minute. It was such an amazing time.

Such amazing value for money it’s hard to fault!

This is one of the most impressive properties i have every stayed at! The incredible views, the immaculate and beautifully presented rooms, lovely and accommodating staff, I have been in awe. Also the food is outstanding. I came alone for 3 nights and have added on 3 more with friends now joining - and I can’t wait to see their reaction. Very easy to do a memorable day trip to the Gilis from here.

everything is great. all rooms are facing the sea and spacious. still clean and new. sitting at the pool area is the best. the location is good for the sea view, but not really close to other attraction/city. nevertheless it is also a perfect place for staycation in the room/hotel area all day.

Everything starting from the receptionist her name is Moeniah and the manager Dicky Mouiang super rude and unprofessional the restaurant was disgusting with flys all over the place and the waitress was super loud and talks with each other making loud noises the room was horrible and one night the roof made loud noises that we couldn’t figure what was wrong and in the morning we found a big crack !!! This was a waist of time we already informed them that we are coming for our honeymoon and they simply did not arrange anything because they forget and they might take lots of time when the room are being cleaned no replacements of anything such as toilet tissue or water we have to request it over and over.

Limited food selection and not very tasty for a luxury resort. Breakfast in particular had very limited options. Pool time limited by 6pm closure. Pool Beach club music very loud and inappropriate. We couldn't enjoy the view from our room in the evenings because of the very loud music and disco lights shining into our room.

Beautiful hotel facilities in a wonderful location. The hotel was clean, and every corner had a magnificent view. The staff in particular were very friendly and accommodating.

very boring, the place feels dead after 830. no activity at all. we have to go out central to enjoy our night out. the pool is very small for a huge hotel jacuzzi chargeable? i think is a joke, no resort in the world charges jacuzzi.

the staff very friendly. excellent the hotel is very new the view, design is exceptional. same as published in photos many great places to take photos the breakfast is over expectations. the taste n the menus available for breakfast is very professional ans tasted like a high end restaurant for free!! the mini bar in the room is all free of charge the design of the room are well thought the service from reception to room helper is 5 star. they will solve ur problem n fulfill ur needs for whatever it takes
