The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful. We even got some homemade sweets and helped us with the laundry. The garden is beautiful and there is a private terrace where we could enjoy our tea and relax.

Very clean, really close to tourist attractions like malioboro and taman sari (also tempo gelato like 2 minutes away by walking), asked for an electric kettle and got one immediately after, great facilities

The lovely and lush garden. Quiet and relaxing environment. Complete facilities. Good location . Near to restaurants, cafes and mini grocery stores. Titik nol is about 25 minutes walk. Such a lovely host. I was served local food in the morning while I was sitting at the kitchenette having my usual breakfast I've bought myself prior to arriving (muesli, yoghurt and banana) and coffee (provided by the host). She gave me little snackettes for several days..bananas..fritters..currypuff..nasi Gudek.. Although, breakfast is not included in the booking. Im soo grateful. Thank you for being a superb host!

We had a great time at rumah566! It was short but nevertheless really worth it. The people are very kind & welcoming and want to answer all your questions. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful garden. Not too far from the city, its very peaceful, but close enough. Everything that you need is closeby! We will come again :)

We stayed in the adjoins room rather than the wooden building. Spacious and clean. Comfortable with air con. School opposite starts early and is a source of smiles and happy greetings. Lovely place

Lovely little hidden gem. The owners are lovely and brought us some home made treats as a welcome. The room was really clean, everything you need with good size bathroom and great hot water shower. It's about 40 minute walk to the city or short taxi ride but there are plenty of places to eat and drink near by and would definitely recommend a visit to the gelato place around the corner.

The mosquitos in the room. The room was too small for the price and water pressure is really low. Wifi does not work very well.

We had a good stay in the small room. It was very clean. There was also a small kitchen we could use + some drinks we could buy. The garden is relaxing, very peaceful in the middle of Yogyakarta. The owners were very kind and also their help (?) was very sweet and caring, she made us some small sweets for breakfast :)

We stayed about one week at the homestay and felt at home instantly. The accommodation in the traditional wooden house is very nicely furnished, simple but very functional and at the same time well designed. The host family was extraordinary nice and helpfull. Our kids loved the trampolin in the yard and the cat of the house. We as a family valued the nice backyard with the small outside kitchen and the possibility to sit ouside in the evening. We all enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back soon. There was absolutely nothing missing. Thank you!

The decor wasn't great

Central location. Wonderful neigborhood with small houses on small alleys with lots of plant pots. Good for families - Included two separate rooms, upsairs and downstairs. One bathroom downstairs. Very clean. Good communication. A nice touch - a big tank of mineral water. Nice garden. Excellent value for money.

The traditional wooden house was our first surprise. The rooms were immaculately clean and equipped with all modern amenities. We mostly ate outside but used the common facility for tea/ coffee. The whole area was managed nicely.

the curtain couldn't cover the light from outside the window so it's not enough dark in the room for me when sleeping. no hair dryer

Everything was perfect!

The stunning traditional timber frame house is situated in the back of a nice private garden. The interior of the house is very comfortable and perfectly clean. The very kind owners provided everything to make our stay in Yogyakarta a success! The 1a bus to take you directly to the mystic temples of Prambanan is just five minutes walking distance from the place, next to a local (fruit) market.
