i advice to book the AC room, they are newest and cleaner for not too much more money

the accommodation is really close to the center of kuta, the breakfast is included with the price and the staff is really friendly!! so nice to stay few days here

- Wifi was so low, the most time we couldn’t use it - a lot of spiders and spider webs in the bathroom - when we checked in our room the window was open, so there were so many mosquitos in the room!! - no mosquito net and the ceiling was too high for putting on your own net - open window in the bathroom, no glass or net in front of it, so a lot of insects came in and MOSQUITOS! - we couldn’t close the bathroom door because the lock was broken - no hook for the towels

- the AC was working good - yummy breakfast (banana pancake or omlet) - comfy bed - towels - hot shower, good water pressure - nice staff -location was good, near restaurants and supermarkets - you can rent a scooter there for 65k per day - we could easily extend our stay

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was very delicious to. Also the family was very kind and helped with everything. If you want you can rent your scooter there also.

Aircon didn't work well, not cool with the hot temperature at night even though used at full power. Toilet amenities are quite old, need some changes.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Location is a few kilometres from beach attractions. Quiet environment and in a village surrounding.

The rooms were not greatly insulated so I could hear my neighbours and also the 530am wake up from roosters was annoying on days I was not surfing.

Cold showers… which I knew about. The area around the entrance to the Homestay is “not pretty” but once inside it is fine.

The family were all delightful and very helpful. The breakfast omelette was delicious. The room was very spacious and the air conditioner was efficient and quiet.

Room smelled moldy. There was no power socket next to the bed, had to charge phone/laptop close to the sink.

Located in Kuta, Restaurant and shops in walking distance. We could rent a scooter and breakfast was good. Good value for money and we could refill our bottles, wich is always appreciated. Friendly people :)

Lack of bin in the room

Lovely staff, amazing breakfast offered, good room, we chose one over the other as slightly damp smell. Not too far from the beach, also offer bike hire and laundry. Stitched our backpack up for free also. we also extended our stay here

The room we stayed in could do with some basic upkeep; the sink leaked, the toilet flush didn't always work, and loose tiles on the floor (none of these really impacted our stay though)

Kind hosts who make a lovely breakfast for you to enjoy on your porch. The location is great. Scooter hire for a reasonable price. Basic accommodation for a good price.

The family who runs the Homestay is extremely kind and attentive. Whenever we needed something they helped us and we felt very welcomed! The apartments are located in a beautiful garden and even though it’s centrally located in the city it’s nice and quiet. The breakfast is great, you have the choice of omelette or banana pancake and special requests are no problem (I’m vegan for example). You can also rent a scooter or book tours for a good price. The facilities are very basic but for this price it’s the best we had on our travels!

No hot water or AC but that is pretty standard for this price category in Lombok I think.

Nice little homestay in the center of Kuta. We used this as our base to explore the south coast. There is breakfast every morning, fried eggs or pancakes with staff is super nice and will also help you to plan your activities. Scooter hire is also available at the property.

Everything was perfect! A lot of space in the room, a little terrace to sit. In the middle of the city so you can walk everywhere around easily. Scooter rent for 65K. Super friendly and helpful staff!
