While the breakfast was included we felt there were better options for breakfast around the island, Gili Coffee Roasters was our favourite for coffee/breakfast.

We had a very relaxing stay at Senang. The pool is lovely to relax in after walking/cycling around the island in the heat. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The location is very close to some of the best restaurants on the island for sunset, so we enjoyed being able to walk to and from these easily at night. We felt very safe here. It is also a 10 minute walk to and from the harbour for catching your boat which was great.

The breakfast was ok but I missed some extra vegetables. There was no option for an Indonesian breakfast which I like to try.

Nice and quiet location. Close to the beach and restaurants but not directly on the main road so secluded from the noise. The room was big enough, the bathroom ok, well working shower. The airco in the first room was noisy but the second one was good so you need to check. The swimming pool was clean and had cool water thanks to all the trees casting the shadow. It was not long but deep enough for swimming.

Beautiful Villas with only 5 rooms not far from the best sunset beach/bars on the island! We were welcomed by Ardi & Maroon they were Awesome, very friendly and accommodating, even went out of their way to collect cold beers & made us some cocktails by the Amazing pool which was cool & deep surrounded by lovely garden, birds & butterflies! Our room was very clean & comfortable with good air-conditioning & outdoor bathroom

Ardi and the team were helpful and always willing to assist with any request. It's not often you find a hotel that will allow you check out late if no one was checking in. Admittingly it was low season so we had that on our side. But he didn't have to allow it. His response..."no problem. I just want you to enjoy your holiday sir". So genuine and always happy. Thx Ardi and team and see you again.

The room was nice and clean. Good breakfast with fresh juices and fruits. I liked that the hotel was a bit secluded and it was silent. The staff (especially Ardi) was always there to help with our requests and questions.

Seriously the location is the best! We walked around the island and found ourselves extremely lucky to choose this place! Best sunset, cute and super beach bars with beds on the beach, Mama pizza 2 steps from there, but the best is: we felt like the host is really take care of us, even if other guest came home later he was waiting for everyone to close the main door. Thank you very much for everything! You made our Gili experience very special! 🙂

Outdoor bathroom might get quite warm during the day. Quite small indoor area at the pool where to spend time if you like that. Quite expensive rooms so might find cheaper ones also.

Location was nice and quite. Staff was super friendly and brekfast was ok, nothing fancy but takes your hunger away. Free water refill.

Really wonderful small hotel tucked away from the beachfront, 1 min walk from several very good restaurants. The real highlight though was their concierge who went above and beyond to arrange tickets/reservations for us. 10/10 recommend.

Soap smelt a bit funny 😂 but really no big issue just to mention.

Loved this place. Room was so clean and the bathroom, the surrounding around the pool also kept beautifully. We particularly loved the location. In busy street with lovely restaurants and bars and good sunset in the evening but also set back so it’s quiet and you can enjoy peace also. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this again if we came back to gili air. Also to mention Bur is amazing, such a wonderful and helpful host. Lovely breakfast and drinks too.

The best hotel while staying in Indonesia. The atmosphere was so cozy and homelike. Jabur took care of us with always smiling and telling stories. Breakfast was delicious with lot of choises and room was clean. We loved the place!

Bur and Lim were absolutely fantastic. Such hospitality that I have not experienced before. The resort is small and intermate. Beautiful gardens and rooms, great location and the breakfast was amazing. My partner ate everything on the menu. We will be back again. 10/10

We had difficulty finding the hotel on Google Maps and the sign posting was not very clear.

The air conditioning could have been a little stronger, but it was still good enough to keep the room cool.

This is a great hotel close to the west coast beach, but quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was lovely, and a good place to relax or get some sun. The breakfast was basic, but good, and free water refills and drinks were also on offer. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The front office staff were the best I have ever encountered ( and I travel quite a lot). Bur and Lim ( I hope their names are correctly written) were always smiling, always willing to help and do more than required. I spent a fair amount of time just chatting to them about life in Indonesia. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and the pool relaxing.

We liked the breakfast a lot, many different dishes to choose and you can get as many you like. It’s a calm hotel near the beach and a lot of restaurants around the corner. The hosts are amazing, gentle and very kind, helped us with everything and helped us to arrange a snorkelling trip as well and renting bikes

The villa is located at the end of a long and narrow alley, so as a solo female traveler, at first I felt quite uncomfortable walking through it by myself. However, the alley is very well-lit and the island is very safe, so in the end, I was fine with it, but I think it's good just to be aware of that.

The staff is what made my stay! Lim and Jabur are the kindest and warmest people. The breakfast is amazing. They have a menu just for the vegan options and Jabur prepared the most delicious food. The place is very peaceful despite being located very close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. The room was very clean.
