The WiFi wasn’t too strong and the restaurant food could be better. I ordered medium rare steak and it was well and the fish was overcooked. Other than that the breakfast was great!

We really liked the facilities! The pool and outdoor patio was our favorite. We enjoyed the open concept layout and the privacy of the villas. The staff was very nice and responsive to all of our requests.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The only things that could have made this stay better was perhaps a larger fridge (because we stayed for 2 weeks, we wanted to store more things) and perhaps a microwave. But this was nothing that we didn't know before we chose this villa, so we were not at all disappointed :-)

The staff were very accommodating, attentive, and kind. Always happy and cheerful. It was a delight seeing their faces every day. The place was extremely relaxing and comfortable. We loved coming back to the Villa after a day out and about in the hot weather. The air conditioning was superb (we have had many average air conditioners at other villas, so this was extremely important). The pool was just perfect. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable.

The facility is perfect in terms of comfort. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and modern. The pool was big. It is in a very nice location. You can easily reach many popular places on foot or by taxi. There are cafes, restaurants and everything around. From the first step into the facility until we left, the staff took care of us with all their helpfulness. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly and sweet. We would like to come here once again. Having to leave our lovely spacious romantic villa

For the skim reader, thinking about booking royal javana, BOOK IT NOW you will not be dissapointed. for the detail orientated reader I say, wow what a place. I have had the good fortune to stay at the fourseasons on a couple of occassions and I would say this hotel is on par if not better than the four seasons. The rooms are huge, the swimming pool is big not too shallow and not to deep. The staff are incredible, every time we spoke with them they exceeded our expectations on the level of service. From the security guards to the gardeners everyone was lovely. The bed is huge, Wifi great, welcome treats are plentyful and a lovely touch, breakfast is divine. We were travelling through different areas of Bali and decided to stay for longer, we then went to Gili T and decded to come straight back to Royal Javana because of how well we were treated and how lovely the accommodation was. I cannot recommend highly enough

Selected Javana Royal Villa for a brief retreat with my husband, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Pram, the Assistant Front Office Manager, made our check-in seamless. Opted for a one-bedroom pool villa, and from the moment we entered, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as leaf-made bed wordings and a charming towel sculpture. I just love the villa's private pool. The complimentary beach shuttle service twice a day was a convenient touch. We booked a floating breakfast, a romantic candlelight dinner, and a private tour. The personalized nature of the tour, with the driver inquiring about our preferences, made exploring Bali a breeze. The driver's friendliness was definitely a plus point. The romantic dinner exceeded our expectations. The surprise decoration with flowers, rose petals, and lanterns before dinner created a truly memorable moment. The villa itself was well maintained, very peaceful and serene. It was really worth it. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Javana staff for making our stay so special. The peaceful and serene ambiance, away from the main road and crowds, made it a truly remarkable escape. Kudos to the team at Javana for their outstanding job, and we look forward to returning soon!

I would suggest an espresso coffee machine somewhere onsite - this would be good but isn't a big deal as there are coffee chops just down the road.

The staff in all areas were great. As a solo traveller, I find that hospitality staff are generally really good but the staff at Javana were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble the front office team even spent time helping me to get my mobile phone to work with a local sim card. The room and pool were awesome and great value - the pool was quite large for a private pool. I will stay longer next time! Thanks Javana team.

This was a beautiful villa with all the things you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing getaway. It was a very spacious, excellently air-conned and furnished villa. The staff were always attentive and pleasant, helping us with all our needs. Excellent choice of breakfasts to select. Great location in the heart of everything.

The villa itself was beautiful, wish we had stayed here longer. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were so nice to have packed us a takeaway breakfast box for the last day as our flight was early morning. Really enjoyed our stay overall. The Netflix account for the room was also a really nice touch. So worth the price, would definitely recommend this accommodation in Seminyak.

The breakfast food was average. Staff can be a little too attentive at times, they will bring breakfast and then call an hour later to clean it up, which is fine, however would prefer if they just left the clean up for when we left to go out for the day. Then they will come back to bring afternoon tea later in the afternoon, always knocking or ringing door bell first, however they had our WhatsApp contact so we would have preferred a message to see if we are available or didn’t want afternoon tea. It just felt like a fair few disruptions to our holiday from staff. Although they are all so very kind and lovely, would just prefer not to be anticipating them calling or knocking a couple times a day. These are the only couple of things I could think of. Everything else is amazing here. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Bali!

Loved the massive pool, how polite all the staff were and how helpful they are if you need anything. Close to amazing restaurants and street shopping, but also so quiet in the villas if you want to get away from the town hustle. Cleanliness 10/10, location 10/10.
