No big deal but we had issues with our leaky toilet and the staff had to come fix it 3 times. They were very quick to fix it though and cleaned up after themselves.

They got our booking wrong and told us only 4 for breakfast when we paid for 5. Its a little annoying to have to check these details when it was also readily available for them. In the kitchenette in each villa, it would help to have some basic items available without having to ask for them - cutlery, plates, glasses.

As per the pictures and no unpleasant surprises. Break fast was very nice and staff were lovely.

Villas are a little dated now, and could use a little renno/touch up (clean the mould from the walls around the villa pool). Ran out of water from the water cooler quite quickly. The Bintangs from the pool bar were not cold.

I liked the privacy and the pool within the villa space. The pathway to the villas is delightful and a lovely feature. Loved the water cooler, very much appreciated. Liked the afternoon tea service.

The villa has a little kitchen but had to ask for glass and set of plate. No minibar. I stayed long time in villa and asked for a late check for few hours last day but had to pay expensive for that so I skipped. The security sometimes not professional when I had friend visiting making me feel this is a place for couples only. When arriving I got first question from butler if I was married. The shower head not working properly.

The villa is spacious and stylish with nice clean pool with sun beds. The staff at breakfast was excellent and professional, thank you. Good breakfast. Nice bed!

The rain shower is splashing everywhere. Needs to be changed. The drainage is slso a little slow.

The property needs to be upgraded as it is old. (Room keys to be electronic for example). The menu needs to be itemised rather than themed by country to provide more variety and more on the menu.

The property was old, but clean. The customer service was exceptional. It was peaceful and secure.

The pool and outdoor area needs an upgrade. The floors were bit slippery and dirty. The bathroom was behind a partition and you could hear the shower or someone in the toilet. Breakfast was not a buffet as expected. Just continental or American style.

Superb location right on the busy Seminyak/Legian Road. Pool shaded so was nice and cool. Big airy villa. Nice shower and separate toilet. Staff were all so friendly. Brekki was great. A few choices Close to Champlung on the beach for beanbags and sunset

Had to ask for glasses and cutlery from the restaurant. It wasn’t supplied in the room. But when asked for they bought it to the room immediately and without fuss. Villas should have at least glasses to use in them.

Manager at reception was exceptional upon arrival. Room was ready and cool inside. Had a problem with the tv and a/c and it was fixed within the hour. Nothing a bother for these guys. Breakfast was enough each day and the restaurant staff were excellent. Pool was amazing and cool after a hot day walking or touring. Fridge in kitchen was big enough for drinks.

Awesome location! Bustling street just outside the villa complex, however it’s so peaceful as soon as you walk into the property. Complete privacy in your villa or sit by the main pool and have a cocktail or two, chatting with the super friendly staff. Really couldn’t ask for more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 😀
