Breakfast is very basic. Only eggs, white bread and nasi goreng. Coffee was quite ok but no milk alternatives (oat milk or similar) Dirty towels in the rooms. Toilets at the reception are pretty run down. So we would not return here.

We came here in 2017. we really liked the hotel at this time. The hotel is still nice but quite old and not so well maintained. We still like the pool area and the direct location at the beach. The villa was still ok but not worth 166€ per night.

Nothing not to like. Depends which side of the island you prefer on location. It’s not high end luxury no, big that’s not what we went for. Is it over priced? Yes probably, but we booked knowing that reading reviews. We initially had much more luxurious accommodation at Same price, but changed to here as don’t hear call to prayer as loudly!

Lighting in the bath room, aircon in the room could do with 2 and some of the staff not being so shy. Food for dinner could be better.

The rooms where amazing pools and locations staff where so helpfull walking us to and from places to get access to bikes etc..

Nothing - it was all very nice.

The hotel is small and intimate. The rooms are really nice with beachy design. Air conditioning worked really well. The pool was nice to cool off in after a day at the beach.

- In the room, no much storage. - Orange juice is cut with water :( - Price slightly too high for the prestation (should be 60-70€/night instead of ~110€. May be it is due to Booking prices)

The location of the resort is really good (5-10min by foot from harbor) and surrounded by a lot of restaurants ! There are also 2-3 good dive centers not fare (3W Dive, Manta Dive and Oceans 5). The room is really nice, confortable, clean and quite. The curtains are quite effective ! The breakfast is really good :) it is a buffet composed of fruits, orange juice, rice, noodles, tomatoes, saussages, bacon, croissant, toast, cereals… Overall, good resort !

The pool was lovely, great little pool for kids. Rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Great location with awesome snorkelling and turtles right out front.

Although the service was friendly, we found it difficult to order items. We kept needing to search for staff rather than being attended to, and each time we requested the bill I kept needing to add on items that were being left off as if they were forgetting to charge us. Lucky we're honest, otherwise there might've been a bit of money lost on mischarging product.

The staff were friendly. The room was sufficiently stocked for our needs. The location next to the coral reef was perfect for snorkelling and the partnership with the local suppliers made things easier.

Great location on Gili Air, just in front of one of the best snorkel beaches on the island. The accomodations are really nice and really relate to the relaxt island vibe. Snorkelling straight from the hotel beach, close to all the nice restaurant and close to the boats.

a little run down due to covid but will be back in full swing soon im sure. Also would have been much nicer if they didnt rent out the beach loungers to people who weren't staying in the resort, often finding them full was annoying as it was listed as a private beach.

The room (specially the bathroom) could have been cleaner since there was sand on the shower and the faucets in better condition (they were a little rusted). I didn’t expect it taking into account the room price.

The hotel has a really nice style but some renovations (especially around the pool area) seem to be overdue - especially since the owners are Europeans you would expect some money to be invested into the maintenance. The doors to the rooms can be opened with a very light push, so locking them is not really helpful.

The hotel is located right at the beach near the harbour and close to all the great bars and restaurants. The part of the beach is great for snorkeling with coral reefs and sea turtles right there. The breakfast is good and even includes western coffee styles (espresso etc.). The staff (especially Lalu) is very friendly and was super helpful when one of our phones broke.

The property was not in the best shape and needs renovating and some TLC after the pandemic. There were much nicer, more affordable options on the Gili Islands. After experiencing the Gili Islands, we realised that this hotel was extremely overpriced. We also found out that the staff do not get given the service charges which are added to the bills because the owner is saving that money to renovate the property. While the property needs renovations, the funds should not come out of the staff's hard-earned service wage. A service wage or tip, by law, is meant to be given to the staff who have earned it.

The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly and the location on the beach was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very safe and we really enjoyed swimming in the big pool. The location was only a short walk to and from the harbour and to most shops and restaurants on the island.

The property has suffered from the earthquake 2018 and COVID, it needs some work and repairs!! No hot water in shower. How ever, absolutely sure it will become great!! so give it a chance!!! But at this moment I would say: a little overpriced

Covid has really talen a toll on the resort - several buildings are closed and are now slowly decaying The pool area needs cleaning and some general maintenance The Villas also need an update - our roof was filled with holes and rain was coming in the bathroom. Morning breakfast buffet was good but not excellent in terms of choice / quality.

Staying in one of their "signature suites" was great! A large two storey suite in the relaxing hotel environment. The hotel has beautiful views across to Lombok in the morning sunrise. In the evening, the dining tables on the beach side is very romantic for couples to have dinner!
